It is one of the oldest 5-star hotels in the center of old Lima city. Location it is the best choice, but the traffic and security near the hotel is not that good.

We stayed in one of the deluxe rooms at Naia Miraflores and found the room to be spacious, clean, and the bed very comfortable. The location is also great — central and convenient for exploring Miraflores . However, our experience was let down by some frustrating service issues. We arrived around midnight for check-in, having reserved two rooms, and were informed that only one room was ready. We were asked to wait 20 minutes for the second room. We politely asked if we could be given a different available room type instead, but were told we had to wait. Despite check-in being from 3pm that day — and our having paid for the full night — the staff offered no explanation or alternative. It felt like our concerns weren’t taken seriously. Additionally, the shower water in the deluxe room was cold, which was another letdown. If you're arriving late, we recommend calling ahead to confirm your room is ready to avoid a similar inconvenience.

This is a concept Chic Hotel. I absolutely adore the design. I love the architecture I love the art. Breakfast was superb and quite eclectic. The hotel does have some snafus because it was newly built. The electricity went out once it was restored within 2 minutes but it brought the elevators down for about 20 minutes. If I would have had to go to the airport I would have been a problem. Also there is some slight air in the pipes so when you turn on the bathroom sink it makes a slight shaking noise which freaked me out a bit. I would unquestionably stay here again the swimming pool on the 13th floor is breathtaking but could be at the punch deeper and closes at 7:00 p.m. should close at 9:00 p.m. and they need a bar up there. I would say this is my favorite Hotel of the trip so far. I usually stay at the Sheraton but this hotel is so swanky and so Chic and close to great restaurants. I would also say that they should think about hiring a concierge because the stuff doesn't know very much about the local food scene probably because it's quite pricey.

My stay here far exceeded my expectations, highly recommended! I was thoroughly satisfied with this hotel. The location is excellent, with plenty of dining and shopping options conveniently close by. The front desk staff were warm and professional, making check-in a quick and smooth process. The room was clean and spacious, the bedding comfortable, and the soundproofing excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep every night. The bathroom was well-designed with separate wet and dry areas, and a full range of toiletries were provided. The breakfast spread offered a wide variety of options, and the hotel's facilities were well-maintained, feeling very new. The value for money is outstanding, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip to Lima!

The room environment is good, the hygiene is OK, and the hotel service is very good.

The location of the hotel is safe, which is very important in Lima. There is a green belt at the door, so the environment is good. The flight arrived early in the morning and let us check in. It was very helpful to take a nap and go straight to work in the afternoon. Love the mini sandwiches in the breakfast buffet. There is no place to eat around, just settle in the hotel restaurant.

I have stayed in several hotels in the city center here, this is the most satisfying hotel. 1. Meet the poor standard and the price is very beautiful. 2. In the city center, the neighborhood is similar to the domestic CBS, about 100 meters from the hotel, there is a super. Walk about 400 meters and there is a super supermarket. There are also many bars and restaurants nearby. 3. There have been police patrols downstairs, which is very safe and secure. 4. About 1 km from the hotel is a famous attraction here, although the attraction feels like a brick factory..., about 2 kilometers from the hotel is the embassy area, about 1 km from the left hand of the hotel there are some old local European buildings. Overall very nice.

Stayed several times, recommended by the customer, opposite his high school, hahahaha The hotel is very good, free breakfast. If you pay, 130 RMB per meal. A little buckle to a bottle of water, but with the cleaning, I will still give an extra bottle.
