European Travel: The Santo Collection and Gelato in Oia Village

One of the highlights of my European trip was staying at the Santo Collection in Santorini. The ocean-view rooms and relaxing atmosphere made it an incredibly charming place, so much so that I could spend the entire day there without feeling bored. Especially memorable was the beer I enjoyed at the pool bar, perfectly paired with the Mediterranean sunshine, which helped me forget all the fatigue of traveling. After resting at the accommodation, I headed to Oia Village in the evening. Strolling through the alleys, I discovered quaint shops and cafes, and the gelato I had there was an unforgettable experience. Its refreshing yet rich flavor perfectly complemented the scorching Santorini sun. Holding the ice cream while gazing at the sea and the white houses at the edge of the village was like stepping into a postcard-worthy scene. The relaxation at Santo Collection and the gelato in Oia Village made my Santorini trip sweeter and more special.
