ALT - Dry Age

Chef Kaew's restaurant, the winner of Masterchef Season 1, is renowned for its dry aging process. While we usually associate dry aging with meat, this restaurant also offers dry-aged fish and duck. The dry aging process enhances the flavor and richness of the meat. The dry aging cabinet is prominently displayed at the front of the restaurant. Personally, I love this place. Every dish I've ordered has been excellent, truly delicious without exaggeration 🥰 🐟 Dry Aged Hamachi with seasonal fruits - Very well done. The seasonal fruit is lychee, which adds a refreshing touch. 🐮 Dry Aged Beef Tartare - Intensely flavorful, especially with the addition of marinated egg on top. 🥩 30-Day Dry Aged Ribeye - The meat is very flavorful, cooked to a perfect medium rare, and served with pickled wasabi, which complements it very well. The staff are lovely and provide excellent service.
