Experience Bangkok's Local Thai-Style Budget Stir-Fry

Just right next to the hotel, I had the chance to explore and experience the taste of 'Bangkok's Budget Stir-Fry.' Soikoinae is a very local restaurant, somewhat similar to Taiwan's mountain chicken towns. It has a large area, with casual parking at the entrance, mostly outdoor seating, and a projector screen in the middle playing football matches, creating a pretty chill atmosphere. As for the food, it's like any regular stir-fry place, but with Thai flavors, and the prices are around a hundred baht, very cheap! However, it's mostly frequented by locals. Fortunately, the menu has pictures, though the staff's English is quite limited, making the ordering process a bit challenging. The first dish was a mixed cashew nut stir-fry, perfect as a drinking snack. For grilled items, I ordered pork tongue and intestines. The charcoal-grilled pork tongue was unexpectedly delicious, with a chewy and crispy texture, brushed with a rich sauce, even better than pork neck! The seafood salad, served on a bed of cold thin noodles, had a unique Thai-style sour and spicy flavor, making it hard to stop eating. It was a very special experience, but it's harder to order dishes alone, and the environment and hygiene might be a bit concerning, too local.
