Very good shuttle service from the airport to the hotel and vice versa. Short distance to the airport. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good value for money. Unfortunately the swimming pool was closed due to renovation work. But we were not informed about this beforehand.

It is not a place where you can catch public transportation right away. The outdoor pool is not heated, so the water is very cold at the moment, so I couldn't swim. However, the gym facilities were good. Simple fruits and water were provided. In particular, water and carbonated water were continuously supplied, so I enjoyed them without any shortage. There was a problem with the shower room, but they changed the room and even gave me wine as a gift, so I was impressed by the service once again!

Wonderful little hotel. Great bar and pool area. No need to go out at night at all. The hotel was so professional that they contacted us about belongings we left behind and was kind enough to send it with friends.

The hotel is big, the breakfast is rich, the room is clean and tidy, and you can see the snow-capped mountains in the distance from the hotel entrance. I felt good after staying there for a week and will come again next time.

Modern hotel in excellent location in Providencia, within walking distance of Costanera mall and plenty of cafes and restaurants. Comfortable, clean and functional. The only con is that the mini fridge didn’t work, but other than that, all good

The price-performance ratio is really low, it is expensive and has nothing you want, but its biggest advantage is that you can reach the terminal in just a few steps, especially after flying for dozens of hours and having to catch an early flight at five or six o'clock the next day.

The location of the hotel is very good. It is opposite the central station and has direct airport shuttle bus. The transportation is convenient. The guest room bathroom also provides soap, shampoo and shower gel, which is very rare in South American hotels. The hotel breakfast is very good. The front desk staff is also very responsible. When he saw us calling Uber with our mobile phones at the hotel entrance, he ran out and asked us to put the mobile phones in the bag instead of holding them in our hands. Thank him very much. The hotel can also store luggage for free. We stayed one night before going to Calama, stored our luggage in the hotel, and went to the desert for 4 days with a backpack. After returning, we picked up our luggage and stayed for another 3 days.

Very nice hotel! Room is nice and clean. It is located on nice quieter area but still within walking distance to Costenera mall. Nice toiletries but no toothbrush or toothpaste provided unlike most hotels. Breakfast is superb! They have alot of healthy variety to choose from. Highly recommend this hotel! 👍🏻

We heard that the security in the city square of Santiago, Chile is not that good, so we booked the Hilton hotel in this area. The price-performance ratio is very high. The facilities and services of a five-star hotel. Everything is perfect at a four-star price. Yes, it only costs $4 to wash a jacket, which is great. Standing on the window sill on the 11th floor to watch the sunset, it is beautiful.

The watch is right in front of Costnera Center, so it's easy to use the facilities by walking. The staff were very friendly and it was nice that they prepared a packed lunch for us when we checked out early.
