Holiday Inn SANTIAGO - AIRPORT TERMINAL by IHG

great location as it is near both the international and domestic terminals breakfast is good I have lunch in the restaurant and the pasta served has excellent taste

The hotel is located at walking distance to airport. However it is a dated hotel that need refurbishing. No kettle was provided and you need to go to bar to collect hot water. Kind of inconvenient. What is provided is a boil a cup of water per time coffee maker instead

The front desk staff doesn't seem to have any interest in working. No greeting and blackface throughout. Saw us struggling with luggage at the front door without providing any assistance. Both just stare at you. This hotel is very expensive with poor service. I guess you pay for the location and convenience.

The hotel is right in the middle of the airport terminals, which makes it really convenient if you have a long-layover (like we did). Its restaurant seemed popular with tourists AND it offers a place to smoke right inside the airport (Santiago has strict smoking rules)

Very close to airport just 5 mins walk. We stayed for 1 night before leaving our home country. The bed is perfect

The hotel was directly across from the domestic terminal of Santiago Airport (a 5–10 minute walk from the international terminal). The room was quite spacious, though slightly dated. It had a coffee machine, although no kettle was provided. We were also given two complimentary bottles of water. The bed was large but a little too soft for our backs. We arrived before midday and were allocated a room straight away. The hotel didn’t provide slippers, and the carpet was thick but felt dirty (and possibly wet in some areas), which made it unpleasant to walk around.

The location was just right next to the airport, very convenient. The stay is peaceful and enjoyable.

High recommend if u have a connecting flight early morning because it will help a lot in term of full recovery.

This was my third stay here in the last week as I used the airport as a base for travel. Holiday Inn is perfect for this. Super easy to get to from both domestic and international airports. Easy check in. Helpful staff. Big bathroom. Comfortable bed. Great wifi. Good breakfast. Nice bar and relaxation area. This hotel comes with my strongest recommendation.
