Only went in the bar area to quickly use the toilets and got seriously threatened by the guy that looks to just sit at the side of the bar all day once he realised I wasn’t a paying customer. I understand that I wasn’t a customer so maybe he could’ve insisted I buy a drink afterwards - which I would have accepted but to threaten me like he did was ridiculously rude. Extremely unpleasant staff so would recommend avoiding this place. There are much better bars located close by where staff are a lot friendlier and let you use the toilets!

First visited the restaurant in September 2023 and forgot to leave a review but it was amazing Visited the restaurant a few times this stay. . Staff ultra polite and very attentive. Food amazing hence the multiple visits. Well worth the walk down Laganas strip. Highly recommend visit.

I cannot say enough how much i enjoyed staying in this Hotel, i was last year whith my little girl and i loved every singel day there , friendly staff, delicious food , and the room amazing cleaned fresh omg love it . i forget the pool my daughter and i have so much fun there ,but beeee careful the food its delicious and you will take some extra weight 😔❤️. From 1_10 ,i will say 12 for this place. Mis you guys Stamati ,Giani and of course Giani again ...see you soon

This hotel is the worst! Super cheap but they destroy your stuff without offering reimbursement. They spilled bleach over my shoes and when we commented this they were extremely rude and unhelpful. DONT GO!!! basic manors is something u cant expect here, they will tell you right in ur face that ur lying without any facts.

Great service and lovely personnel. Perfect room with great AC and they fixed a real bed for 3 persons in 2 person room. Would strongly recommend. Great Wifi and great breakfast! Would come back again! Yamas ! Swedish gang ! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

An incredibly good hotel with fantastic service, really good food and very good rooms. Five stars without remark. The cleaning was really good too. Although the hotel is in the middle of the bar street, it was quiet at night, very well soundproofed. can highly recommend this hotel to both couples and friends. Five out of five!

First of i have to say to the other guest that you can’t expect a five star experience at a tre star hotel! Ofc it’s going to be a little bit loud and many young people, what Can you expect of Laganas? Now when that is Done i have to say that for the week i spent here with my friend We had a really pleasent stay! Everybody is friendly and helpfull The food is realy good The rum was more then We hade expected, really clean and very quiet. Observe that We hade our rom against the street where every night club was. We will Come back! 10/10

I've only visited the pool restaurant but each time the food and service have been great. Good selection of food and drinks. Very friendly front of house manager who is open to off menu choices. Freshly cooked food, cooked to order. I would recommend.

Okay so we didn’t stay at the hotel ( I wish we had ) we stayed in a hovel up the street and we couldn’t sit on our own pool so we came here most days to enjoy the pool bar . Beautiful drinks and nice and clean and contemporary pool area . I really was thankful for this bar being there !! It was a godsend . We also ate here a couple of times and it was very nice ! Stifado and Mousaka I had were lovely . The bar staff and the waiters and front of house were lovely polite people and one or two times gave us complimentary mini deserts which was so nice . Lovely relaxing atmosphere despite the chaos of the rest of the main strip . If I do go back to laganas ( doubtful as it was a bit young for me ) I will definitely stay at the hotel here .
