Staff were really helpful and friendly. Room was spacious and well maintained. Locating close to the railway station, and 5-min walk to the bus stop which directs to Liuxing street.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Their hospitality was truly outstanding. The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the cozy bed, which made for a great night's sleep. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options to start the day right. On top of that, the staff were so helpful—they took the time to guide me on how to get around the city and even recommended fantastic places to eat at night. This hotel truly exceeds 5-star standards. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional stay. Thank you for making my trip so memorable!

Very helpful staff who were quick to respond to my needs The hotel room was amazing, beautiful, brilliantly designed, with functions automated to make living there. In fact the best hotel room I have stayed in, any where in the world !

I chose this hotel mainly because it was close to the train station. I took the train from Urumqi and it was 10 o'clock when I got out. The hotel service is very good, warm and thoughtful. We went out to play during the day, but came back late in the afternoon. They also provided us with a late check-out and upgraded the room. I feel very fond of Yining and will definitely continue to stay here next time I come. The little Korean who received us was kind-hearted and accompanied us to see us out before setting off, leaving us with wonderful memories.

I arrived at the hotel at around 11pm and found that the bathroom had not been cleaned at all. The disposable toilet seat used by the previous guest was still on the toilet. The trash can also contained the towel from the previous guest. I wanted to call the service desk but found that the room phone could not be reached. 😓. After making the call on the mobile phone, the waiter took a long time to come. Then we found that the sewer was blocked when we took a shower. The water flowed directly under the bed and was all over the floor. The waiter didn't come for a long time. We had to wipe the floor ourselves and called again. The waiter gave feedback and asked me to repeat it again. I was really speechless😒
