The kettle was rusty, and the power cord was exposed, posing a clear safety hazard; I didn't dare use it. The building opposite the window had its decorative lights on all night, making for a very poor sleep experience. For over 400 yuan a night with these conditions, it's incredibly poor customer service! I don't know how Ctrip (the travel agency) collaborates with them!"

The smart toilet was broken, constantly flushing and making a lot of noise; it took several presses to stop. The showerhead was also broken, leaking and not dispensing water. I ended up having to use the overhead shower head, which had to run for a long time before the hot water was hot enough. The smart buttons were useless; the curtains didn't work. The internet was terrible; ordering takeout wouldn't even refresh, and loading images on video apps took forever. The sheets and blankets had holes, and the towels were made of non-absorbent material. The platform said it was newly renovated in 2025, but the facilities and amenities were quite old. The app listed it as a 4-star hotel, and while there were rooms with breakfast, the restaurant didn't provide it. The value for money was very low; hotels at the same price point offer much better rooms and amenities. The only good thing was that the washing machine and dryer worked well, but the laundry room didn't provide toiletries."

"This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in in a long time. First, the road in front of the hotel was under construction, and the navigation system missed it twice without prior notice via text or phone. Second, there were only four or five parking spaces in front of the hotel, practically nowhere to park. We had to park in the shopping mall across the street to retrieve our luggage, which was very inconvenient. The security guard helped us carry it, and then said the front desk could reimburse the parking fee. However, when we tried to get reimbursed, they gave us the cold shoulder because we had entered and exited twice. So, the lack of parking in front of the hotel is our problem? Third, the hotel had hot water running for ten minutes in the middle of the night. When we called the front desk, they told us to try again for another 20 minutes – a joke! Later, when we got someone to fix it, both taps had hot water running, but they still gave us the cold shoulder. Fourth, the hairdryer was broken. When we called to have it replaced, their first question was whether we had pressed the button. I'm speechless. I've never seen anything like this before. Anyone looking for trouble should stay here."
