Ulasan Ocloud Hotel Gangnam

Location is just right near Sinnonhyeon station. Room was clean and well equipped. Came with bidet toilet as well. However, the aircon system can be improved as it was in constant heating mode and unable to adjust below 25 degrees Celsius. When reception was informed,they notified to just open the windows for the cool air to enter the room. Other that the above, the overall stay was pleasant.

This is one of the best hotels I stayed in. There is a separate sink for washing dishes, useful for those who like supper nights! The fridge is also sizeable enough to keep my cake cold.

Great location. Downstairs have Eggs drop and many other restaurants and cafes. Short distance to the train station. Rooms are more like apartment style. Request anything you have to go down to the front desk to collect yourself. Our room view is very close to the next building, no privacy, and we need to close the curtain all the time. Didn't try their breakfast. Opposite the hotel has construction on going even at night, quite noisy during our stay.

The worst issue was the noise from the neighboring room. I woke up at midnight like 11 pm because of voices and noises coming from the other units. It wasn’t just an ignorable issue; it felt like I was in the same space with them. I complained to the front office, but they simply saw me without any explanation or apology. In conclusion, I do not recommend this hotel.

Hotel is strategic near hospital, and a lot of stores and restaurants also MRT station near by.

The location is good and convince. Just there is noise from outside in the morning. Overall the room is clean and tidy, also there is fitness center in the hotel, which is unexpected.

Being told aircon is off for the whole hotel in winter, in Apr 2025. It's not snowing and it's not winter. They told us to open window if too warm to sleep. The floor tiling is so slippery that I fall down, my lips tear. When ask for first aid box, they don't have a thing which can be used. Even the wooden flooring a coming off. Worst hotel in Seoul. Service drop drastically from May 2024.

Location is fine, nearest subway station is 3-4 minute walk from the hotel. Offer clean towels and bottles of water every day even do not disturb lights was on. Very very noisy and sound proof was extremely bad even heard strange noises from next room every night. And construction is going on in the surrounding area. Poor experience.

No hot water on 1st day, but it returned normally on the 2nd night. The electric switch which on the table was out of power. Other things in the room is good & ok. For the hotel facilities, it would be better if more washing machines (Just only 2) and additional dryers. Staff at lobby were good & helpful. The location is convenient and there are many restaurants nearby. Overall is ok.

Staff very helpful, room tidy and clean. Bit noisy since there was construction outside. Good location everything in walking distance 👍👍👍

The room is very clean but old. All equipment is complete, iron, microwave, kettle, refrigerator, but the amenities There was no toothbrush and hair conditioner. You have to prepare yourself. Excellent location near the train station, restaurants, cafes, convenience stores. But if you are sensitive to sound You shouldn't stay here. You hear the next room talking so clearly, the sound of cars passing by, the sound of the door closing in the room next door, the sound of people walking in front of the room…

The hotel is near the subway but it is difficult to locate. When I arrived at the lobby the staffs were rude and refused to listen to my query and just say check-in is after 2pm to chase me away. First time i stayed at a hotel where toothbrush & toothpaste is not provided so how is this a hotel? There is also cobweb at the ceiling. Guess this will be my first and last stay there.

The hotel has good traffic connection, it's about 5 mins walk to metro link and 10 mins walk to 6009 airport bus stop. It's thoughtful that a weight scale is provided near the temporary luggage storage area. The room is well facilitated and clean. A bit unexpected that when the front desk staff said he could not give any nearby sightseeing suggestions as he has just come to work in Seoul for two years ( not two weeks or two months!) and he even didn't try to ask the colleague sitting next to him to give some recommendations to us.
