When I checked in, the store upgraded me to a family room because there were no small rooms, which can be used by two adults and two children. The bathroom details are very good. If there are children taking a bath in it, there is a bell to press, which is a thoughtful design. There is a large public space in front of the front desk, which is very tastefully decorated. The overall hotel layout shows the style of old money. You can store your luggage. In addition, the hotel generously lent me a charging adapter because I lost the one I brought in other hotels. The front desk service is very good and very satisfactory.

The hotel is next to a busy shopping street, and you can walk to famous attractions in 10-15 minutes: Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, El Retiro Park, museums, and the Royal Palace of Madrid. The nearest subway stations are Callao and Gran Via, which are more than 20 minutes from the airport, which is very convenient. I didn't bring a charger converter, but the front desk was very friendly to provide it. The room was cleaned and tidied every day. It was very quiet at night. The overall feeling was great!
