Everything was excellent. Hotel is exactly per photos in trip.com no traps. Clean, great service, room size and layout is perfect. MRT station is literary right at the doorstep. Love the hotel design.

Loation is excellent. Only thing is staffs at front desk can't speak English well.

This hotel is really near to the MRT station (line # 4 green) , just walk about 100 meters from the hotel lobby, the receptionist guy is really nice, they give me a free early check in because the room is available, the room is clean, and there are some restaurants, and minimart on front of MRT gate. I will back here when i go to Hangzhou again.

The hotel is located in the very picturesque place, there is a good view at the river outside the windows, very helpful staff and tasty breakfasts. I was satisfied with the services provided by this hotel such as SPA, gym and free parking. Looking forward to stay next time in this hotel.

The hotel is in a good location, right outside the subway station, but after all, it has been open for more than ten years. The room is really old. The only thing worth praising is the strong water pressure. In addition, there is only a box of tissue paper on the washstand in the whole room, and there are less than 20 tissues. The front desk check-in is a bit stiff, maybe because there is not enough business. In addition, I called the auntie to deliver two sets of toothbrushes at night, but the robot did not deliver toothpaste. Before checking out, I called the front desk to ask for two paper bags to pack things, but no one answered the phone. The service awareness needs to be improved.

From the hotel, it takes only 15 seconds to walk to Exit B1 of Chengxing Road Metro Station to connect to the city. The subway goes directly to the West Lake Scenic Area (Longxiang Bridge Station), and it only takes 14 minutes to visit the West Lake where the sky and water merge into one. It takes 5 stops to reach Chenghuang Pavilion (Wushan Scenic Area Station) and 20 minutes to visit the historic Chenghuang Pavilion. It is 2 stops away from Olympic Sports Center Station and 15 minutes away from the modern Hangzhou Olympic Sports Center to watch a concert. We look forward to seeing you again.

I was looking for a place to stay for one night during the Spring Festival holiday. I didn't want to go to West Lake. I stayed in Qianjiang New City, which was more cost-effective. I went to the riverside to watch the light show at night.
