This hotel was just around 10 minutes walk from Shin-Osaka station. However, please be aware of the stairs when carrying heavy luggage. Apart from that, the location is very convenient with many restaurants around and Lawson just near the hotel. We booked a room with breakfast and was pretty satisfied with the variations. There was also a special event upon our stay and kids could pick some snacks at the lobby. Overall, will recommend this hotel in Shin-Osaka Station as your hotel base.

Pretty much has what u need, it’s actual location is about a 6 minute walk from exit 4 of the shin-osaka station metro line, so u need a bit of additional time if your limited express trains is on the other side of the station, but it’s still do-able. Breakfast was packed, they need to seat you and all I can say is that it was slow and in efficient; breakfast selection wasn’t ok/not bad. Elevators are plentiful, 6 in total, though the hotel does have about 24 floors, but a point to note is that despite the hotel being relatively new, the speed of the elevators are very very slow by modern standards, so it will take some time……

The hotel just 6 minutes walk from the station. The breakfast is fruitful and the hot spring is nice. The flower blossom in the lobby is so pretty. Our family enjoy to stay in this hotel.

You need to have luggage with good wheels. Nothing much if at all to see around the hotel. Suitable for travellers wishing to drop by for one night

the hotel was nice and near the JR station through exit 4. It is a good location for us to catch early Shinkansen to Tokyo. The room was small but just a good size for 3 of us and Lawson was down below if you are hungry.

Great hotel loved it! Big and clean room for family of 4. Highly recommended for anyone need to take Shinkansen High Speed Train from Tokyo to Shin-Osaka. The hotel is about 5-10mins walk from the Shin-Osaka station (exit 4). There is a lounge at L3 opens fr 2pm-10pm where one can get free hot and cold beverages (non-alcoholic). Hotel guests also get to use free Onsen at L4. Definitely going to stay here when I come back to Osaka again.

The hotel is about 5-10mins walk from the metro station. There's complementary drinks available from 2pm to 10pm at their dining area and what we liked about the hotel is the complimentry onsen each day. It was good to come back after a long day out sightseeing and shopping to their onsen to relieve oyr fatigue.
