Best location, spacious rooms, heartwarming breakfast,smiling staffs but have some draw backs .. room temperature is not adjustable according to customer .. they switch off the cooling system in all rooms during this autumn , really not friendly decision , other is the toilet facility, they must have washing facility too. Other everything is wonderful about this hotel.

First of all, thank Nikko for upgrading my room. The overall accommodation experience when traveling to Xuzhou is good, but there are too few takeaway delivery robots and the time is long. After contacting the front desk, they were unable to deliver the food, which was troublesome. It would have been better if the bathtub did not provide a disposable bathtub cover.

The staff is very nice, and they can get things right away when asked several times. If the service can be more considerate, for example, knowing that we are three adults staying, they have added toiletries and slippers on the first day, and the second day should be equipped according to adults after cleaning the room. Maybe the front desk did not communicate with the service department, and the second day was still equipped with two adults and one child. The stirring rod was used up on the first day, and it was not replenished on the second day. Although there are some small regrets, I will still choose Hilton in the future.
