Best location, spacious rooms, heartwarming breakfast,smiling staffs but have some draw backs .. room temperature is not adjustable according to customer .. they switch off the cooling system in all rooms during this autumn , really not friendly decision , other is the toilet facility, they must have washing facility too. Other everything is wonderful about this hotel.

酒店位置雖然不是市中心，但是離地鐵站和萬達都很近，這點性價比很不錯。酒店提前定的，價格還算合理。 房間很寬敞，很舒服！ 前台美眉和經理都很好，送了星爸爸的券，還提前聯繫確認房間需求，推薦的餐廳也好吃！ 説兩個不太好的地方，一就是馬桶是最傳統那種，的確在入住的時候這個還是有點詫異的。 空調聲音有點響，夜裡有點吵，但是製冷也一般。

挺大的 有沙發 鏡子有兩個 超喜歡這個全身鏡 但感覺沒有別的希爾頓豪華 但環境算是徐州的最好的希爾頓了我覺得 還送了星巴克的券 是智能馬桶🚽 廁所和淋浴間分離的 挺好的 就是馬桶太高級了有點整不明白

酒店就在地鐵站附近，交通方便，旁邊就是萬達，街上有很多特色餐廳，酒店房間安靜舒適，前廳經理Nikko安排了較高樓層，住的很舒服。另外酒店的自助早餐非常有特色，除了西式的還有徐州特色早餐。

定了家庭房，免費升級了親子套房。女兒很喜歡，因為有了可以玩的小帳篷，還有小朋友的洗漱套裝，親子有好。早餐區域雖然不是最大，但也應有盡有了，咖啡算是很多酒店裡好喝的了。大堂還可以買星巴克。所有服務人員的態度都非常好，特別感謝前廳經理Nikko

酒店位置極佳，房間高端設施齊全，自助餐也很好吃。非常感謝Nikko經理，酒店工作人員服務非常好，入住前就來點溝通如人員樓層等問題，孩子丟了一個點讀筆，也幫忙找到並免費郵寄回來了。

先説好的，酒店服務蠻好，人都很客氣，點外賣可以機器人送上來或服務員直接送過來。早餐是亮點，比較豐盛，可以吃到徐州當地美食，並且即使晚去了，也不會像有些酒店不補餐食，吃不到的情況，這一點比較好。有歡迎水果和兩罐可樂。不好的地方，衞生比較差，洗手盆龍頭邊一層黑色的黴斑，這個一看長期沒打掃或者衹是隨便抹了下，我沒拍照怕影響大家心情。另外隔音效果差，晚上汽車的聲音，隔壁的關門聲，甚至半夜有人房間吵架的聲音都能聽到。綜上，算箇中評吧。

首先是服務到位，Nikko經理熱情好客特地提前聯繫我，還沒出行就已妥善安排，有問必答還給予遊玩的攻略和美食，有種賓至如歸的感覺，還送了果盤，其次酒店房間景色非常好，視野開闊，期待下次有機會再次入住！
