My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Travel Lodge Fort Dunlop, the hotel is clean the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, the food is excellent. I would definitely stay there again on my next travel to the UK and will recommend this hotel ro my friends.

There are no facilities. I canceled my reservation for 1 day. The staff told me to refund the money to my credit card. Now I'm waiting. Thank you

All good except no free wifi.

I love the hotel because its just somewhere to stay and sleep without any disturbance and I would like to be able to come again and enjoy my stay

a very nice stay apart from the ****** thinking they were Mad Max at 2am , but this is not something the hotel can be held accountable for , the staff were all very friendly and helpful , and it was a very reasonable price i would recommend it

Great hotel good location with plenty of amenities not too far away.nice atmosphere. Would have preferred more choice of eggs at breakfast. Only choice was scrambled egg.

Excellent stay with the usual clean and tidy rooms. What did stand out was the ultra helpful and friendly nature of both Emma and Jo. The made a good stay into a great one

The staff are friendly like always. Special mention to Jaimie and Connor who are always happy to help no matter what! It’s always a pleasure staying here! It’s a great location with shopping nearby and has free parking. Food in the restaurant part was nice and affordable!

Great staff, so friendly and helpful, always willing to assist. Surprised by how comfortable the bed was too. One of the lifts was out of order, but it was a fairly quiet this weekend so it wasn't really an issue. Why do Trip Advisor insist that we use 200 characters??

I stay here quite often on & off. I’d consider myself a "regular guest" as I stay for work purposes often. I’ve never really had any issues or concerns with any staff members other than my food coming out a little burnt on busier occasions. However...the last time I did stay the manager raised a few eyebrows, including myself and colleague. Not too far from behind the check in area where the manager hibernates in what i assume is their office. You can often hear conversations being had (one time ok, but its on MULTIPLE occasions) containing a lot of foul language! You can hear him speaking to staff in a unprofessional manner. More often than not I come downstairs in the morning for my breakfast and 9 times out of 10 I see him outside smoking on the phone talking away (personal conversations, not business related from what I hear). Often he walks past us while we eat breakfast all you can smell is cigarettes and body odour and it’s quite frankly off putting. His hygiene as a "manager" is poor and not up to standard. However the rest of the staff are lovely and cheerful. Thank you for your great hospitality. This experience hasn’t put me off as the location is ideal for the work commute (hence why my company books this location) other staff are great and I will be returning it’s just unfortunate their manager does not represent this company the way the staff do.

Hi there to everyone I stay here quite often because of work so sometime I come down for breakfast and sometime the food is cold not a problem but that shouldn’t be and sometime it is overcook that shouldn’t be either the stuff at the Travelodge are very good but the concern of the very bad language what is around the back of the office when I come down for breakfast in the morning this is not very good there is B and this is sounds like the manager who is complaining and moaning at the staff but the staff are very good so I can’t see why he’s doing that. He goes outside. Have a smoke And it stinks of cigarette disgusting and smoke just like a train disgusting but I have to keep coming there because of work but it is a lovely hotel and the staff on the reception are very good

From the moment I checked in, to getting breakfast in the morning to check out I had the best experience with the staff. Emma-P was a particular member that stood out, every interaction I had with this member of staff was excellent. Her customer service skills were a refreshing delight to some other hotels that I have stayed in for business travel. One part of my stay that could have been better would have been the bed. The mattress for me was too firm and could have been softer, I completely understand that this is probably a standard mattress that Travelodge use in all their hotels. On the whole I would stay again as the staff made my solo trip bareable.

Fantastic staff warm welcome could not do enough for the young ladies on reception were brilliant very helpful, the room was spotless and very roomy
