Ulasan Crystal City Hotel

Staff good but room not clean,no bin in toilet only small one near bed. No restaurant or mart around hotel.

Strategic location.very worth it for the price .

I stay here often, amenities and cleanlines are reason for me to come again in future.

Good for business trip. Comfortable to stay. Good location and easy for parking. There are also nearest shop. Easy to find food and groceries.

Good n quality

Front desk tried to make us pay more money, even though we already booked and paid for the room via trip. He claimed that we paid too little online, and needed to cough up more money to get our rooms; he asked for almost 50% more. Pictures are false, rooms are in terrible condition. Mouldy pillows, dusty shelves, dusty. bedsheets with cigarettes marks that made my skin itch and walls with pealing paint. Lots of insects are well, as well as wall plugs that have fallen out of the walls. Overall, eerie and horrifying. You get what you pay for. Stay somewhere else.

Below of the toilet seat is dirty, no rack for soap even no soap is provided. You have to climb stairs to room at level 3.

cadar kotor n ada tahi cicak..kaunter service zero, tak ada orang bila nak check out n kami sebagai customer kena cari staf..iron tak payah cakap terus tak dapat n terpaksa pakai tudung semalam
