Ulasan Hotel Mfelice

Pilihan sarapannya sangat sedikit. Roti, salad, dan sup bisa memuaskan rasa lapar Anda  Kamarnya relatif besar dibandingkan di perkotaan, tetapi kedap suara buruk. Penumpang masih dapat mendengar percakapan mereka di koridor. Hotel ini relatif tua dan harganya mahal menyewa.

Seprai berlubang, malam pertama dan kedua ada gigitan nyamuk, AC kamar berisik, langit-langit banyak kaset tanpa nama, pilihan sarapan sedikit, dan pelayan tidak mengerti bahasa Inggris sama sekali.

Saya sedang tidur ketika bingkai foto jatuh dari dinding. Jika saya duduk miring, kepala atau wajah saya akan terluka. Ketika saya memberi tahu pihak hotel, mereka bahkan tidak meminta maaf atau mengatakan tidak apa-apa karena itu cedera ringan. Itu tidak masuk akal. Saya bertanya-tanya apakah saya harus melanjutkan saja karena itu cedera ringan. Bagaimana cara mengatasinya. Lagi pula, saya rasa saya tidak akan menggunakannya lagi.

Hotel ini memiliki resepsionis di lantai 7. Tidak ada apa pun di lantai dasar yang memberi tahu Anda bahwa Anda berada di tempat yang tepat sehingga butuh waktu lama untuk menemukannya. Ada genangan muntahan di luar kamar pada pagi hari. Saya memberi tahu resepsionis tentang hal itu pada pukul 7 pagi dan sekali lagi pada pukul 8 pagi. Pada pukul 9:30 pagi, muntahan itu masih ada di sana. Menjijikkan! Selain itu, nyanyian dari bar di lantai bawah terdengar keras dan membangunkan saya. Akhirnya selesai pada pukul 3 pagi. Mengerikan! Karpet di kamar terlihat usang dan kamar terasa sangat perlu direnovasi. Saya telah memesan kamar di sana untuk tiga hari kemudian, tetapi saya memutuskan untuk memesan di First Stay, yang hanya berjarak 50 meter dan jauh, jauh lebih baik. Anda harus melakukan hal yang sama!

Perlu memperhatikan kebersihan dan bau

Stafnya tidak ramah, responnya buruk, dan karpet kamar penuh debu.. Saya pikir itu semacam motel.

Reception is at level 7, anywhere above level 7, you need to tap hotel card to press elevator button. Check in and check out process is smooth but south korea is strict to their check in time. I was unable to check in earlier. Hotel is 3-5 min walk to Balsan Station. Location is considered convenient, there is a CU store downstairs and some restaurants, paris baguette around. However, it is slightly far from most seoul atttractions, about 45-60 minutes away. I stayed on level 13. Room was dark but not obvious from the picture. I think they were suppose to have a standing lamp at corner of room but no ceiling light or lamp there. The light at the door is also gone. I actually feedback about the light to the reception after 1st night stay but nothing was done over next 2 nights. Hotel Mfelice is not too good at problem solving. Cleanliness was all right, this hotel is aged so you can visibly see spots on carpets, dust on less used area etc. Shower water pressure is easy to adjust, warm water is consistent but the shower floor is very slippery. Elderly and children to take note. And the bottle container provided for body wash, shampoo is difficult to squeeze. Maybe that is the intention, to discourage guests to use too much! Toilet has bidet. They provide towels (south korea uses face towel as bath towels now so they are smaller in size but hotel provides 2 for each guest) but if you need other shower amenities such as toothbrush, toothpaste etc, you need to buy a set from reception. I think it was 3,000won.

Really lovely hotel, attentive and kind staff. The room was very cosy and location included lots of great restaurants nearby.

Great shower and bidet. Excellent location. Not the easiest entrance to find. Pillows too soft. Bit noisy downstairs. Emergency sign inside door of room 1007 let far too much light in the room. Ask the hotel not to give you a room with emergency sin. Breakfast was good.

Good hotel, meal is mediocre

Proximity to business center of work, and it has a great ambiance.

This hotel is located near by international airport train stations and surrounded by a lot of restaurants and pubs. Especially, the provided breakfast was very good so I'd like to recommend this free breakfast. The carpet looks a little dirty but others are all good enough to be satisfied.

The hotel was clean and service good. Lots of cafes near the hotel. About an hour train to most places
