Great hotel staff service. Especially Luna, she is personally check in, direct us to great local food & even help is booking train tickets to Ninh Binh to Hanoi. We enjoyed our stay.

The staff Luna & Jay are very friendly and helpful. The hotel room is comfortable and clear. Definitely would come back again. (Coconut cake taste really good)

We would like to share a great recommendation of this hotel to anyone who is looking to visit the Hoi An or Da Nang area. From check in to departure we had an amazing experience. The breakfast is extremely fresh and room clean, sometimes they even clean twice with turn down of bed and biscuit. The welcoming staff service in unmatched. With special thanks to Jay who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was outstanding. They were always accommodating of any special requests or general questions. I will definitely recommend this to family and friends and stay here when we return. The two pools were great and evening drinks at the bar with a different live music everyday was a nice touch with a relaxing homely feel. Coming from larger hotels, we really appreciated the homely and personal feel with reception often remembering our room and names. We loved every second. Thank you!

5 star hotel! I was going to Hoi An for my 2 year anniversary and made a note of that. The minute we arrived, the bellman assisted with our luggages and the guest service representative, Kathy, greeted us. Welcome drinks were served and all hotel services were explained in detail. She also have Kakao to make communications efficient. When Kathy showed us to our room, a special surprise was set up for us. The consideration and attention to detail is one of the best I have experienced in any hotel. Welcome desserts were served to us as well in our room. The massage and spa services were great and they offered a lot of promotions. Breakfast food was also wonderful. They also had a afternoon tea promotion for customers. I am the type of person who like to try new things and usually do not go back to the same hotel. Grand Sunrise Palace Hoian might be the first exception. Thank you Kathy for many our trip so memorable.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff were warm and welcoming, especially Jessie—she was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety and fresh options every morning. Highly recommend!

Amazing Stay - We stayed for a night and it was for my husband birthday celebration, the hotel prepared complimentary cake and simple decoration on the bed (as I have requested for this as a surprise). We are very happy with the extraordinary service - especially provided by Kathy and Nancy :)) They are very attentive, very helpful and professional. In fact, I would also like to mention the driver that fetch us from airport - very patient and nice. And the security guard that was friendly and helped us take photos and videos. The room is beautiful and unique with a touch of Vietnamese culture, clean and comfortable. Pools look wonderful and very nice breakfast spread. Overall, great experience and would love to be back!

Hotel service was excellent, especially the staff Kathy.  She took the initiatives to set up WhatsApp link with me so that I could reach her for assistance anytime even when I was not in the hotel.  We booked and confirmed arrangements for massaging, high tea seats, etc. while we were sightseeing. Hotel rooms were clean and the food was good.  Massaging was refreshing and enjoyable. I would stay here again if I visit HoiAn again in future and would recommend the hotel to my friends.

Hotel is new and clean. I like their deco so much, is so classy. I got assigned to Ame, she is very friendly. Hotel provide shuttle bus to old town and beach, just need to book in advance. Hotel provide welcome drink and some Vietnamese titbit for us to try. And hotel also gave a one time of afternoon tea to try on Vietnamese coffee and cake. Worth the price staying here

It was an incredible experience at Grand sunrise Palace Hoian, the room is incredible, the food and the whole team were very kind and with excellent service. Very attentionate as well it was my birthday during my stay and they brought a birthday cake to my room which is a very nice gesture. Special thanks to Cathy and nancy . Very great hotel that i highly recommand .

Everything at grand sunrise is impeccable and I can't wait to return again! Kathy, our designated guest relation officer was really awesome and helpful since the moment we arrived! She was bubbly and always made a point to check in on us everyday and where we are going and gave her advice on weather conditions since we came during the rainy seasons. She was also very sweet and kind to offer to help me get the welcome cookies after i asked her where I could get it. We stayed here for 5 nights amd everything was commendable from breakfast, room service, laundry service, staff service and down to the massage. I was reallt surprise by the beef fried rice that we ordered from room service and literally the best fried rice ever i tasted and we had to order 2 nights in a row. The hotel also provided shuttle service to the old town which makes it really convenient. Throughout my stay, I felt safe, clean, comfortable and relax and I will definitely chose to stay here all over again. If the gym facility was bigger and have more equipments that will be a bonus! Not a biggie as there's other gym options available around the area.

I am really graceful and appreciated I received a free upgraded room to Signature Suite which is two times of my current booking, and when I enter the room, the room was beautiful and amazing. I received welcome dessert from this hotel, upgraded my room with bathtub, Ms Nancy GRO she is kind and helpful recommended to me near by hotel tour and easy to hoop off. All front desk staff and bellman as well very helpful and friendly, they can speak English very well. If I travel to Hoi An I will came back this hotel again for sure. Breakfast have many many varieties and you unable to try all the food, dessert or juices and a lot of Hoi A local food as well🇻🇳❤️
