The room is enough clean, but beddings are stinky. Even I could abide, feeling uncomfortable. In the middle of the night i work up with itchiness and found the thighs are bitten by bedbugs. Also the internet is slow.

Every was ok it was just the breakfast was not fresh especially .we stayed there for 3 nights like bread , sushi’s they used the same old ones and you’ll know because of the taste .

The Ann Hanoi match my expectation and I totally enjoyed my stay . Hotel is quiet and I manage to have a very good sleep throughout . Because it is not close to where the action are , you are expected to take grab pretty often but given how inexpensive the ride are , that is not a problem. Housekeeping and Amenities was great and I enjoy the jacuzzi and sauna very much . The only problem is the breakfast . With the exception of the pho , everything was mediocre at best . And during the 5 days I stay , the menu is the same . There are few days I go in and have a coffee and go out .

There are eateries, Cafe and mart just besides and across the hotel. Staff service is very good and helpful. Breakfast is acceptable with the hotel star rating.

Hotel is great. The swimming pool was unfortunately closed for renovation which was our main reason for choosing this hotel. We asked to leave early and we got a full refund they even helped us a book a taxi. I recommend this hotel.

Beautiful hotel and room. It was a nice bit of luxury after roughing it in Sapa. Staff were very helpful and allowed us to leave our big bags 3 days before check in when we were traveling to Sapa. Breakfast was incredible with a large range of choices. Gym was slightly disappointing would have been OK if the AC worked in there but was too hot to workout.

バストイレ一緒です。匂いは全然臭くなくて毎回綺麗にベッドメイキングしてくれました。受付の人も日本語は話せなかったけど優しくしてくれました。ルームサービス(有料)のクッキーがとても美味しかったです。近くにサークルKがあるのでお土産やご飯もすぐ買えて良かった。タクシーを使えば直ぐに旧市街などもいけます。30分くらい歩いても旧市街、トレインストリートなど行けます。立地がとてもいいと思いました。ただ、建国記念日？などで祭りがあると広く交通規制がかかるため事前に調べて行くと良いです。

環境：酒店環境真的很不錯 當地很多酒店前台不會英文 這家前台英文還OK 起碼可以正常交流 服務：早餐種類非常多 選擇性很多
