Ulasan The Ann Hanoi Hotel & Spa

The Ann Hanoi match my expectation and I totally enjoyed my stay . Hotel is quiet and I manage to have a very good sleep throughout . Because it is not close to where the action are , you are expected to take grab pretty often but given how inexpensive the ride are , that is not a problem. Housekeeping and Amenities was great and I enjoy the jacuzzi and sauna very much . The only problem is the breakfast . With the exception of the pho , everything was mediocre at best . And during the 5 days I stay , the menu is the same . There are few days I go in and have a coffee and go out .

Good hotel, good location, good service.

There are eateries, Cafe and mart just besides and across the hotel. Staff service is very good and helpful. Breakfast is acceptable with the hotel star rating.

Hotel is great. The swimming pool was unfortunately closed for renovation which was our main reason for choosing this hotel. We asked to leave early and we got a full refund they even helped us a book a taxi. I recommend this hotel.

Beautiful hotel and room. It was a nice bit of luxury after roughing it in Sapa. Staff were very helpful and allowed us to leave our big bags 3 days before check in when we were traveling to Sapa. Breakfast was incredible with a large range of choices. Gym was slightly disappointing would have been OK if the AC worked in there but was too hot to workout.

Poor quality hotel.

Very good amenities. Only one bad experience is the swimming pool is under maintenance during afternoon in the on the second day of my stay. As you known the swimming pool is the key reason I booked the hotel.

酒店不新，但這次入住的房間是翻新過的，還可以。但是一次性拖鞋沒有給更換，而且是發臭的。確實難以接受。投訴後換新速度還是蠻快的。 但是有一個問題要提醒一下各位同胞，這個酒店預訂的時候要特別小心。不接受任何更改。少住損失都要自己承擔。 服務還可以，落下的東西都有幫我存放好並交還。 總體還可以，位置不錯，樓下的河粉挺好吃的，有機會還是會來住的。

位置離還劍湖偏遠，價錢一般，並不是太便宜，同等價錢應該都有好多選擇，房間寬躺，床褥軟硬度適中，因為看到它是有2層，鄰近有便利店和餐廳。

環境幽靜、服務態度很好

超級超級差的酒店，費用倒是超過了五星，其他都是一塌糊塗，把手有灰，浴簾臟臟的，衞生間沒有一個掛毛巾的地方，又小又舊，下單前看有早餐的，下單後就沒有了，要增加101元一位，超市2元的礦泉水要收費18元，免費的兩瓶也沒有！樓道一股黴味，床品也是超級蹩腳，一言難盡的酒店！

第一天遇到的前台的服務人員服務特別好，衹是希望在退房的時候，前台的這種服務速度效率再高一些

破空調響到一晚沒睡，關了又熱死，去前台投訴沒人理，第二天早上再去説才有人來修，那時候我都要退房了
