We enjoyed our stay so much. Very good bed, tasty breakfast with a lot of fruits and coffee pot and milk jug. Close to metro, supermarket and nice restaurants.

Hotel molto carino e pulito. Camera molto minimal e funzionale con letto comodo. Unica pecca, il bagno senza bidet! Colazione a buffet con la giusta scelta tra dolce e salato.

Zona tranquilla, molto vicino al metro per il centro e aeroporto.

Adriana et Arthur Le personnel de la réception était accueillant. Ma chambre était très calme, l'hôtel est sur la rue sans issue. Je remercie la direction pour la bouteille de l'eau minérale. Le petit déjeuner est excellent, fruits frais ; mangues et melons délicieux. Le personnel de service sympathique et attentionné pour m'aider avec mon allergie au blanc de l'œuf . Un grand merci aux personnes de cuisine et serveurs. Adriana e Arthur A équipe da recepção é muita acolhedora. Meu quarto era muito tranquilo, o hotel estava numa rua sem saída. Eu agradeço a direção do hotel pela garrafa de água mineral. O café da manhã é excelente, frutas frescas, mangas e melos deliciosos. O pessoal de serviço maravilhoso ,consigo me ajudar muito com relação a minha alergia a clara do ovo. Muito obrigada ao pessoal da cozinha e aos garçons.

Gostei da decoração do lobby. Gostei especialmente da qualidade do serviço: todos os funcionários (sem excepção) foram de uma simpatia dificil de encontrar actualmente. Muitos parabéns a toda a equipa!!

A estadia foi muito agradável, o hotel é muito confortável, muito higiénico e ambiente espaçoso.

Das Hotel ist gut gelegen nahe der Metro Station Saldanha (rote und gelbe Linie, direkte Verbindung zum Flughafen), auch gibt es Restaurants, Apotheke und einen Supermarkt fußläufig. Allerdings ist es ein Stück weit bis zur Altstadt / Innenstadt, manchmal ist ein Bolt dann auch sinnvoller als die ansonsten gut ausgebauten öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Das Hauskeeping macht seine Arbeit soweit so gut, allerdings hat es bei teils einstelligen Außentemperaturen den ganzen Tag das Fenster im Zimmer geöffnet gelassen, sodass bei unserer Rückkehr am Abend nur noch 13°C im Zimmer hatten. Das passierte 2 Tage später noch einmal trotz Hinweis in der Buchung seitens der Rezeption. Die Betten haben alle einen gummierten Matratzenschoner, dadurch "knirrscht" es beim Liegen, wer also geräuschempfindlich beim Schlafen ist wie ich, für den ist das Hotel leider nicht ganz so empfehlenswert. Das Frühstück ist soweit ausreichend, man darf aber kein riesiges Buffet erwarten.

Hotel muy bien ubicado ,metro a pocos metros del hotel,el personal muy amable y servicial,habitaciones grandes,limpias y muy bien aclimatadas.
