The hotel itself is excellent , staff are very nice . The biggest problem was that the shuttle service was not available , we were stranded at airport and had to pay 700 TRL, next day to leave taxi took 1600 TRL for 20 kilometers

Great hotel, when I fly again with a layover in Istanbul, I will gladly stay there! Close to Sabiha Gokcen airport, the hotel offers free transfer and the driver is very friendly. Interesting tasty Turkish style breakfast, I have never tried this before. I especially liked the spa area! I arrived late, but the spa was open until midnight, very convenient to relax in the sauna and hamam after the flight! The restaurant is also open until 1 am, very convenient.

I can write this hotel in the top 3 of the worst hotels I have stayed in. The cleaning was really bad, the breakfast was very mediocre. When I checked in at 3 am, I could not change the sheets and pillow cases. Although I requested cleaning later, when I came back in the evening, I saw that the room had not been cleaned. The excuse was that it was crowded. There were hairs on the towels. The breakfast was also very mediocre. Options from low-quality products were offered to the guests. I definitely do not recommend it.

I booked a hotel for a connecting flight. I was pleased with the free delivery service to the hotel, I was leaving early in the morning, unfortunately I couldn't use the transfer, but the guys ordered a taxi for me. The room is spacious. I recommend it.

We preferred it for the airport transfer service. They are really successful in this service. Mr. Neşet, who provides the special service, is very friendly and very sociable. We stayed one night both after going and returning. Although there were different people at the reception, I think their common point was their sullen faces. If I prefer it again, I think it would be because of Mr. Neşet

The hotel is not bad. When I went there, it snowed heavily in Istanbul. The hotel's heating was average and the room was very cold. There are many shopping malls nearby, and the location is very convenient. The hotel's restaurant is delicious, especially the Turkish specialty wraps, which are particularly delicious.
