The room is very large, clean and hygienic, with good soundproofing. Apart from the croaking of frogs outside the balcony, basically no other noise can be heard. There is a terrace, which is convenient for sunbathing. There is a parking lot at the door, which is convenient for parking. The front desk service is good, and the room type is automatically upgraded for free. There are several local restaurants at the door, and the ratings are not bad. The location is slightly off, the facilities are a bit old, and the shower head has a small water flow, which is worrying.

Overall satisfied, staff contacted and coordinated service before arriving. The breakfast was rich and the service time was long. The room was large, and the lake view room had a beautiful view even in the rain. Two small suggestions, the balcony door track was not smooth and a bit stuck. The size of the TV could be considered to be upgraded.

I stayed here for 3 days in Chizhou. Zhang Mengling at the front desk provided good service, the breakfast was rich, and the lobby was beautiful and luxurious. I upgraded to a zero-pressure room. I didn't know what zero-pressure meant at first. I really felt the zero-pressure feeling when I lay on the bed. There are still some fun places in Chizhou that I haven't visited yet. I will come again in the future, and I will continue to stay at Country Garden Phoenix.

The breakfast is also great, with a rich variety. There were many people eating during the May Day holiday, but it was cleaned up quickly and there was no crowding. I stayed for three days and fruits were delivered to the room every day. The front desk manager Hong Fangchun was very enthusiastic. He contacted in advance to confirm the arrival time and prepared the room in advance, so the check-in was very fast and smooth. He also sent some reminders later. He was very enthusiastic and the service was in place!

The zero-pressure bedding is very comfortable. One side of the hotel faces the lake, and the view is nice. The hotel environment is really good. It is very close to Qishan Scenic Area and only about 30 kilometers to Jiuhua Mountain. The transfer is very good and there is no need to rush.
