Ulasan Aiqo Hotel

It was like staying in an Indonesian family house. Hair on the floor, broken tiles in the bathroom, spider net or ants are easy to see. At first room, the bedsheet wasn’t fresh, smell like it didn’t dry completely and stay too long in the storage. So, they moved us to a new room. The bedsheet was fresher but the cleanliness still poor.

Room very basic and had seen better days. Asian breakfast only. Close to shopping centres. Staff hit and miss, I think it was the language barrier, even with Google translate. Asked if they could help with a visit to the orangutan sanctuary, started at the sun bear sanctuary, then the probiscus monkey area, finally got to the orangutan sanctuary only to find that they had only arranged for transport! Nothing booked, nothing seen. Would I stay there again ? Doubtful.

It's too bad, the bed has wheels and it's uncomfortable for me and my wife, and the air conditioning isn't cold, the water isn't hot, the towels and blankets are really dirty, it's like a ******* room.

Good facilities, clean room, good service. However, as a note, on the electronic room card, it is better to provide a user guide in addition to the door so that customers know to insert the card into the power slot on the room wall or in the order of how to use it when given at the reception. It is also possible if the door lock light can be fixed.

Murah, tp diluar ekspektasi... Hal yg simple.sj utk kbersihan tdk terjaga dgn baik. Klo disebutkan satu² bnyak banget... Plus bnyk nyamuk. Yg alergi dan suka kbersihan jgn dsni...

Lokasi tengah kota, sehingga menjadi langganan untuk staycation bersama pasangan. Mudah mencari berbagai macam makanan , didekat hotel banyak pilihan warung makan
