Ulasan Clayton Hotel, Manchester Airport

Classic hotel with a nice restaurant, good food at reasonable price (on hotel benchmark). Free shuttle bus are very helpful to get an peace of mind for departure, bus scheduled for every 15 or 30 minutes dependent on the terminal, there may be additional schedule if demand is high though.

Very close to the airport but a bit dated. Yet, very reasonable price. Will consider to return.

The phone was broken and could not be fixed. Hence, we had to go down to the reception each time we needed something. There was no concierge to help with the luggage bags.Room was very basic.

Marvelous, from the shuttle bringing me to The Clayton to the shuttle taking me to the airport.I couldn't stay for breakfast but an early flight whisked me to the terminal grateful thanks to all.yours sincerely David Wilson

During my stay, one of the restaurant staff was rude and made my family and me feel uneasy. The person didn't have good customer service skills, and it felt like we were being treated badly, which was upsetting. On the positive side, the receptionist was welcoming, lovely breakfast and the location is convenient.

Smelly room, had to change the room at later stage. Other than that it was a fine experience.

Shuttle bus service makes it easier to get to the hotel at the airport and is my favourite hotel every time I visit

Took an awful long time to checkin. But the staff was friendly and helpful. Dinner good and reasonable priced. The bed was comfy but the pillows small and hard. Spacious room!!!

The hotel is situated super near train station and Manchester airport. Shuttle bus service was good and drivers of the shuttle bus were helpful and humor. Hence, try not to walk to the hotel although it seems in a walking distance. Hotel room is spacious and well lit. Hotel's breakfast is good as well. Hence, it's definitely a good choice for short morning flight.

Good but room electricity tripping again and again for faulty steam iron , let’s see if they change it !

Close to the Terminal 1. It is very good to have shuttles bus to all Terminals.
