Begitu memasuki lobi hotel, Anda sudah bisa merasakan kemegahan dan kemewahan hotel tersebut! Berbagai permainan di lobi sangat ramai, check-in sangat cepat, dan pelayanan sangat baik, terutama housekeeper Xiaofen yang berdedikasi melayani dari check-in hingga check-out dan memiliki sikap yang sangat baik! Sampai saya sampai di rumah, saya masih dengan hangat bertanya apakah saya sampai di rumah dengan selamat! Kami sangat puas! Saya memilih Minghao International Resort Hotel untuk perjalanan ke Danau Qiandao bersama anak-anak saya ini. Itu adalah pengalaman yang sangat luar biasa! Fasilitas hotelnya sangat baru, dekorasinya mewah dan mewah, serta sederhana dan mewah. Ini adalah pertama kalinya saya menginap di hotel ini. Enak sekali sesampainya di hotel. Satpam datang untuk mengambil barang bawaan kami🧳. Kamar yang diupgrade bagus banget. Pemandangannya tidak terhalang. Keindahan Danau Qiandao tidak terhalang. Suamiku bilang dia ingin menginap di sini selamanya. Saya tidak ingin kembali ke Shanghai😄. Pengurus rumah tangga menyapa penjaga keamanan terlebih dahulu dan turun pagi-pagi untuk membukakan pintu gym agar saya dapat berolahraga. Ketika kuku saya patah, mereka segera mengatur seseorang untuk membawakan saya gunting kuku. Itu sangat perhatian. Sarapan prasmanan tidak memiliki banyak variasi. Saya harap saya dapat membuat beberapa perbaikan di masa depan. Pengurus rumah tangga secara khusus menyiapkan hadiah untuk saya ketika saya check out. Perawatan kulit produk dari Lv sungguh penuh perhatian, perhatian dan menghangatkan hati. Terima kasih banyak. Saya sangat puas dengan perjalanan ini.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location is very central, facing the lake just across the road. Rooms are huge, very clean and comfortable. Special thanks to our Housekeeper Manager Mei Feng 梅峰 who was very helpful and attentive during our entire stay.

5/5 Stars amazing. We recently enjoyed a long weekend at Minho International Resort, staying in the Deluxe Family Loft. Our group included myself, my wife, my mother-in-law, and our twin children. From the outset, we were impressed by the hotel's exceptional service and facilities. Accommodation and Cleanliness: The hotel room was immaculate, with everything in perfect working order. The housekeeping staff were attentive and ensured our stay was comfortable. Public areas throughout the resort were also well-maintained and spotless. Family-Friendly Amenities: The children's play area offered a variety of activities, providing ample space for our kids to play and explore. We also took advantage of the bike rentals, which allowed us to explore the surrounding area, thanks to the staff's helpful recommendations. The swimming pool and sauna were clean and well-maintained, adding to our relaxation. Evening Entertainment: A standout feature was the water and light show, which provided a mesmerizing end to our evenings. Concierge Service: Our concierge, 管家小汪, was exceptionally helpful, adding us on WeChat to assist with any issues or translation needs we encountered. Dining and Bar Experience: While our overall experience was outstanding, there were a couple of areas for improvement. The breakfast offerings were often cold and oily, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, the bar did not use fresh ingredients for cocktails and featured unusual recipes, such as a mojito without mint. The bar area itself was quite cold and offered limited snack options. Despite these minor issues, our stay at Minho International Resort was exceptional. It's undoubtedly one of the best hotels we've experienced, and we highly recommend it. We look forward to returning to explore more of the surrounding area.

Its been a long time we haven't stayed in a hotel with a such great staff! Everyone were so friendly and proactive in helping and making sure we had what we needed. kenneth took care of us upon arrival and immediately added my WeChat. The hotel facilities are amazing with a great indoor swimming pool and indoor playground for kids. The outdoor area is also great which will for sure comeback during the summer time to enjoy it. Location is also super nice with the lake just across the road and very easy to find places to eat around.

We’ll book this place again during off season. Fantastic service from all staff especially Kenneth and Winston!

Not only would we stay here again, we are actively planning to do so in the summer! It was a great stay for us and our 5 and 3 year old girls. The only negatives we have are the limited food options for vegans and the indoor swimming pool is too deep for young children, during the winter, the outdoor pool (for children) is closed, so we would only return again when it's open.

Minho international resort was worth the price and they have a very beautiful lake view

Overall i should say best hotel around the place, location is good, everyone friendly, riverview is fantastic. Our housekeeper Mr. Tian(Riley) is helpful also. Will come back for sure.

We arrived in the afternoon and were quickly checked in. We were delighted to receive a free upgrade and some gifts for the children. The rooms were spacious, well kept and bright. We had a great view of the lake despite the rainy weather. The children's play room was very impressive. There was hours of fun for the younger one, who visited every day of our stay. The staff were particularly kind and helpful. Kate and Huan were very helpful. They were super friendly and looked after our child well. Breakfast and dinner was extensive. There was Chinese and Western options so everyone was pleased. We would definitely stay again. Thank you to all staff for such a lovely stay.

The hotel is generally attracting families. The facilities are good, but don't quite reach premium level. Something that bothered me a lot was the fact, that we booked rooms with lake view. However our rooms were on the opposite site of the lake and we could see only a tiny fragment of it and not actually the real view over the lake. Under that definition, every room could count as lake view, but that isn't quite the understanding I have of it.

This is the perfect hotel for families. The staff were all very accommodating and friendly and the food was great. Jane the manager was very helpful and friendly from the minute we arrived.
