Recieved an complimentary upgradw for the room, and it ia a nice clean room with a good city view. Location is good

You get totally different from the picture. The receptionist said trip.com platform not changing the picture. And that is never my problem. Hotel management n trip.com need to improve please, thanks. Overall great hospitality by the worker. No toothbrush for hotel almost 1k? Hmmmmmm.

Ansa Hotel's prime location in the heart of the shopping district is a major plus, making it incredibly convenient for exploring KLCC. My room was clean and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. While I didn't try the breakfast or amenities, the hotel offers an affordable option for those wanting to be near the action. However, the staff could benefit from improved efficiency as I experienced some frustrating delays and had to repeat myself several times. Overall, if you prioritize location and budget over top-notch service and don't mind limited local breakfast choices, Ansa Hotel is a decent option.

Every time staying here, the staff always ask for tourism tax, 10 MYR / Night, even though booking through Trip application which always clearly included Tourism tax in separated proof of payment. They should check it before ask 10 MYR.

Location not bad. Walking distance to pavilion. But parking is an issue. Parking full, we unable park hotel parking. Tv also not work well. Small toilet. A bit overpriced.

We love the location of the hotel. It’s very strategic place where the malls are just a minute away. Food are available surrounded. The staff are friendly as well as the room is cozy! We will definitely come back again for the next time ❤️

Needless to say the location is the best and price point very worthwhile, you don’t need to exit the area to eat and drink.

Ansa Hotel boasts an excellent location. It is situated right next to the main entrance of Pavilion Bukit Bintang, and just a short walking distance to the MRT station, making it extremely convenient to explore the vibrant metropolis of Kuala Lumpur. The area is filled with charming cafes, perfect for work or leisure, and a wide variety of local food options to satisfy any appetite. The hotel room was exceptionally clean, which I was very happy with. Here are a few suggestions I would like to offer. Although I am a local guest, I hope the hotel can further refine some details to leave an even better impression on foreign visitors and help promote our local tourism industry: a)It would be wonderful to provide printed materials introducing the history of Bukit Bintang, local food recommendations, nearby attractions, and practical guides on how to navigate public transportation. b)The elevator doors close a bit too quickly — I nearly got caught a few times. c)I hope the main entrance can remain accessible to hotel guests after 10 PM. Using the side entrance feels somewhat hidden and less secure. d)The hot and cold water control in the shower tends to get stuck when turned all the way to either side, requiring a lot of effort to adjust. e)There is no refrigerator in the room, which would have been a useful addition. f)Consider treating the guest rooms as curated spaces, with guests as the audience. Think about what message or atmosphere you would like to convey. If visitors could gain a deeper understanding of the surrounding area or the spirit of the city — rather than just seeing it as a shopping destination — I believe it would create a more immersive and memorable experience. It would also foster greater appreciation for Berjaya as a homegrown company. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and look forward to seeing how Ansa Hotel continues to evolve!

Ansa hotel is located right in the heart of Bukit Bintang. Conveniently opposite and beside the major malls with plenty of food options.

Hotel local great Except the amenities in the room not so good. Room cleanliness good. Reception staff checked in very smooth and friendly. Bell man very helpful .
