Ulasan Blackbird Hotel

High building with 29 floors, Reception on 7th floor. Lobby entrance is facing back of building not direct to street facing. Room is spacious with refrigerator and able to request for ironing board. Only 2 pillows for King Size bed, and could only request 1 pillow extra. Overall a decent good stay!

will be back again soon. good food, affordable price, strategic location, next to floating market, lembang park and zoo etc but still not too far from city center.

Great hotel but the breakfast…..will shock you.

The ambience is very nice and calm. Suitable for staycation. Comfortable for quality time with family. It's a bit hard to get a grab. Don't know why there are so many flies that even enter the room area, it's a bit annoying. When having breakfast at the restaurant, there are also a lot of flies. Near the hotel there is a Darjeeling restaurant. Very beautiful. The view at night is very good. Can walk from the hotel. Still one group.

The hotel is nice but unfortunately there were a lot of flies during BF, it made me lose my appetite😭🥹

The rooms are spacious, the atmosphere is also nice and cool in the morning.

Beyond expectations from the picture, disappointed because it coincided with a gathering event so it wasn't baby friendly because it was noisy even though we had been given notice and an apology but still, it was beyond our predictions, the hotel should have given a compliment in the form of a free meal/any service. so customers won't be disappointed because their evening will be disturbed even if it only lasts until 9pm. My suggestion is to make a ballroom or a special room that is far from the rooms of poor visitors if someone brings a baby. Because my child keeps crying, would never come back but the security service was good, the food? Not the best.

My stay at Blackbird was nothing short of excellent. From the moment i arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive. The check in process was smooth and quick. The hotel design is modern and chic. Create a cozy and inviting atsmosphere. My room was clean and also they create unique amenities for me. 5/5
