Top of toilet seat was already soiled, shower knob was broken, room service was not prompt. No wifi.

Good location, tasty food/breakfast but then room size and interiors of the room very bad, the property seems to be very old and the rooms plus the bathrooms are surely not as per today's standards, the rate they ask for or sell the rooms is totally unjustified vise a vise the quality of stay at this hotel, never ever again at this price, they would have to revamp the property else they would be outdated soon. Also they had a in-house wedding celebration and the music & commotion went late into the night till early in the morning and what i got to know from neighborhood establishments that happens here throughout the year so that's a big big minus if you are looking to book this hotel.

I did booking and it was confirmed but after reaching there they said they do not have any booking under my name but i showed them the confirmation number and then after sometime they said yes we have the booking under your name but you have to wait i said for what? my booking was from afternoon and it’s 8 pm already. They handover me the keys after sometime i went inside the room. It was not cleaned. The bed they made looks like somebody already used it with hair allover the bed and was dirty from the sides same was the scenario with the comforter. I went for shower and it was pathetic. There was not hot and cold switch. One time water is cold and after 10 seconds same side is throwing the hot water too. The loud noises were coming from the banquet hall till 3:30 am at night. So forget about sleeping. Over all i am not at all happy with the stay there. It was a complete waste of money

This is not a hotel but a banquet hall. Loud music playing right in my ears until 2:00 am. Arrogant staff could not help with a delivery. I came for an overseas long trip and requested help with a quiet room. The staff at front desk was sarcastic and showed an attitude. Please don’t visit here

Property is good but amenities are not good. Wifi doesn't work. Also you will be getting unwanted calls from reception late at night after 10. So if you are travel-ling for work and want professional service. I would not recommend staying here.
