The issue stemmed from a parking problem the previous day. I contacted the front desk that day but received no response. This morning, after the check-out staff inquired about my stay three times, they finally told me about the unpleasant experience last night, promising to get back to me today, but ultimately, no reply came. This apparent enthusiasm and attentiveness contrasted sharply with the reality."
