Ulasan Aerial Hotel & Spa

It was a very nice stay! The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was great. You have a very nice view. The pool is very nice and big. You can walk from the Hotel 15 minutes to the beach. All in all it was a very nice stay!

We stayed there for 3 nights and had an amazing experience. The hotel itself is brand new, our room was big and comfy whith its own little kitchen. You have access to a swimming pool, a hot tub and a bar at the same floor; very nice spot to relax at the end of the day. Breakfast is served in the restaurant at the top of the hotel, the view is amazing and the food is good. The staff is really helpfull and kind, we can only recommand to spend some of your time in Albania in Aerial Hotel - Vlorë. Many restaurants around and access to the sea by walk.

Les finitions de l hôtel n'existent pas tout comme les services. Ça a commencé par le restaurant ou la carte est fournie mais on nous demande de ne pas commander des plats différents car sinon la cuisine ne ne sera pas en mesure de le faire ... La note ? 175€ !!! Et on avait faim. De retour dans la chambre qui est spacieuse mais pas accommodée, la salle de bain, les fils électriques apparents de la VMC. Balcons et fenêtres sans garde corps, très dangereux. Les murs ne sont pas insonorisés. Au petit dej, un peu déçus nous avons connus mieux. Mais potable malgré les crêpes et viennoiseries industrielles. Au bout de 4 jours on nous annonce que le café n'est plus compris dans le petit déjeuner et nous devons boire le jus de chaussettes. Les serviettes pour la piscine sont en supplément, 2€ par jour. Le bar de la piscine est fermé. Alors qu'on est au mois d'août et que l'hôtel est complet. On ne peut même pas boire un petit café.Le seul point poqsitif est le spa avec le sauna qui marche bien. La piscine est salle, il y a du sable dans le fond. Il n'y a pas eu de nettoyage de la semaine de ce qu'on ait constaté. Le jacuzzi pareil. Laisse à désirer. La vue, jolie panorama sur la mer malgré un énorme hôtel de 6-7 étage en construction qui ampute 50% de la vue.

Abbiamo prenotato in questo hotel su booking all' arrivo siamo stati accolti alla reception dalla signora Matilda molto cordiale e professionali ci hanno accontentato in tutto avevamo bisogno di fare colazione presto e ci hanno fatto trovare tutto fatto abbiamo mangiato al ristorante tutto ottimo complimenti

Siamo arrivati in questo hotel la proprietaria neanche un sorriso , avevamo prenotato una camera vista mare e non lo era per i lavori che stanno facendo,il frigorifero non funzionava il bollitore non c’era, in un terrazzino con uno stendino non agibile avremmo dovuto scavalcare dalla finestra! Valona è abbastanza trafficata soprattutto ad agosto la prima spiaggia disponibile era a 3 km insomma dovevamo prendere per forza la macchina! siamo stati molto soddisfatti della terrazza e x la ricca colazione, anche la spa molto bella!

El hotel es maravilloso, es acogedor y familiar, huele muy bien, tiene unas vistas estupendas. La piscina y el jacuzzi son increíbles El personal del hotel es muy agradable y te ayuda con todo. En especial la dueña del hotel.
