Santa Teresa House

We went to Verona for a two weeks work. We found this location near the train station (using the city buses, they're always on time). We had to work in many different places, so we stayed here the night. Breakfast in the morning was abundant. People at the reception are very kind and polite. They help you, and they're always smiling. The rooms are clean and tidy, even though they are very simple. You can enter at every time, during the night there's a night watchman. If you are driving a car, you can also ask the parking. They really help you to work well. We also find other people, each morning there were new arrivals, families, pilgrims, tourists. We stayed here very well.

The experience has been very good, wonderful in reality, from the time we arrived until the exit, the guy at the reception was very friendly, he received us and helped us in everything, he even recommended places to go in the center of Verona. The room was very spacious and clean, everything was tidy, had a television and good lighting, the bathroom was very nice and spacious, accessible to people with wheelchairs and a bidet. Breakfast was included and it was very good, you can choose hot drinks in a machine, and there are also juices, cereals or infusions. A 10/10 the experience, I'm happy. 🤩🇮🇹✨

We stopped here for 1 night en route to Lake Como. It’s out of the main town but you can bus/walk it in. The room was nice, airy and clean and suited us for a stopover. We were able to leave our luggage the next day which was a big help as we hadn’t picked up our car yet. Helpful staff directed us with bus numbers.

Consiglio assolutamente , stanza accogliente e moto pulita anche il bagno, personale alla reception super gentile e carino ! Colazione molto buona e abbondante! Ben servito e comodo con i mezzi per arrivare sia in stazione di Verona porta nuova che in centro ! Grazie

Sono stata qui una notte col mio ragazzo, la struttura è molto carina e vicina alla stazione (collegata benissimo con il bus, ma comunque sono 20 minuti a piedi se si ha voglia di fare una passeggiata), il personale è gentile e disponibile, sempre col sorriso! Avevamo bisogno di effettuare il check-in in tarda serata e siamo stati assistiti senza problemi, la camera era comodissima e spaziosa e sopratutto il bagno e in particolare la doccia perfettamente adatte per gli ospiti disabili, un’accortezza non da poco che in molti hotel manca!!! La colazione mi è piaciuta molta, c’erano prodotti sia dolci che salati, personalmente ho scelto i prodotti dolci e sono rimasta soddisfatta (che buona la crostata! :) ). Il prossimo anno, quando tornerò per la fiera dei minerali spero di trovare di nuovo un posticino qui! Grazie a tutto lo staff e a presto ＜3

Struttura con una pulizia impeccabile sia in camera che negli spazi comuni, colazione variegata e gentilezza dello staff, camere spaziose e confortevoli. A poche fermate da stazione ferroviaria e centro città... vivamente consigliato per un soggiorno a Verona.

Purtroppo mi trovo costretto a recensire negativamente l'Hotel ancor prima di esserci stato, motivo: dopo la prenotazione sul loro sito ufficiale ad un prezzo X, il giorno dopo mi trovo cancellata la prenotazione da loro motivando che il loro sito non è aggiornato nei prezzi, facendomi una nuova proposta con un prezzo più alto. Poco professionali.

Sarà un posto bello però ha un personale incompetente pretende di far i prezzi agli altri e quando sbaglia da la colpa agli altri dei suoi errori. Mai trovato nel mondo gente del genere ad ognuno il suo lavoro “ sempre che sappiano farlo “!!!!!

Casa vacanze ubicata in borgo Roma, quartiere residenziale molto tranquillo e silenzioso. Camere molto spaziose con bagni altrettanto ampi. Tutto molto pulito e santificato quotidianamente. Stanze molto silenziose e con tutti i comfort. Il personale gentile e molto disponibile. Il centro città ( distante circa 3 km) è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi oppure con autobus la cui fermata dista circa 50 metri dall' albergo. La colazione è buona ma a mio avviso manca la parte salata per chi vi è abituato essendo proposta solamente una colazione a base dolce. Cmq struttura che consiglierei a tutti
