El hotel está situado cerca de un canal. La atención fue muy buena y la habitación era correcta.

De ligging is dicht bij het centrum, het universiteitskwartier is zeer nabij. Men was vriendelijk bij het inchecken. De kamer heeft een basisinrichting, in mijn geval lag er een dikke laag stof in de vensterbank en op de houten jalozieen. Nadat ik dit aangaf is het keurig opgelost Er staat een bank waar je ook een slaapbank van kunt maken, deze is naast smoezelig ook eigenlijk te groot voor de ruimte. Er is geen kastruimte De douche ansich was prima alleen er is geen douchegordijn of deur, dus weinig privacy Handen wassen kan niet in de toilet ruimte zelf dat moet je bij het douche gedeelte doen. Kamer is somber ingericht beton grijs met geen schilderijen of ander accessoires. Wel een mooie tv en een prima mini koelkast De kamer is zeer gehorig, een aantal keren per nacht wakker door het dichtvallen van de deur van de buren bijvoorbeeld Ik zal hier niet snel nog een keer terug komen

very short stay might be fine. I did not receive during all my stay any new sheets and towels. It was a shame! According to my room reservation, I should have found a desk, slippers, free toiletries, linen........nothing of these services I paid was in my room.

We spent two nights at the City Centre Lodge. The hotel is around 20 mins walk from the train station, and about 15 minutes from the main old town. We arrived and were able to get straight into our room, even though we were around 30 mins early. The receptionist was very friendly. I had booked a room with no windows, which I was actually a bit uneasy about, so I was very relived when we were shown to a room on the first floor which did actually have a small window. The room wasn't that big, but it was nicely furnished. It had a very large bed, a fridge and a coffee maker, although I didn't use it. The bathroom had a large shower, but not much space in front of the sink or toilet. It was fine, though. The soap and shampoo were lovely. Our room was right next to the stairs, so there was a little big of noise when people were moving around, but it wasn't especially intrusive. The location is nice, right on a canal. There are a few places to eat in the vicinity. We had a nice lunch and a breakfast nearby. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Really nice spot right in the heart of the city center and also pretty modern, I liked the style. However, they seriously need to invest in better soundproofing. It felt like I could hear every single thing happening outside and in the rooms next door, and I mean everything...

Nice hotel, perfect location, friendly staff. Utrecht is a small but a nice city. Main attractions are in a 5-10 minutes walking distance. The staff is nice and helpful . Good for a single traveller..

I stayed by myself for two nights in a room with skylight providing natural light. It was not an inconvenience since the information was clearly displayed on ********** through which I booked the stay, and because it did provide sufficient light in daytime. The mini fridge is great to have your own food and refreshments. The amenities included body lotion, which is a big plus in my perspective! The staff is incredibly friendly, and the location is perfect, ducks walking by the canal is the first thing you see outside the hotel. One minus: the rooms are not soundproof, I could hear even though not listen conversations happening nearby, which was not a bother to sleep, byt mostly an inconvenience for me to have private conversations and attend video calls.

The accommodation was quite comfortable due to the room was spacious, the light control was complete, it was incredible. In addition, it very well located since everything is quite close on foot.
