The room was modern, clean, and very comfortable, with excellent soundproofing despite the central location. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Check-in was smooth, and the breakfast offered a great variety of fresh and tasty options. I especially appreciated the convenience of being connected to Hoog Catharijne shopping center while still enjoying a quiet and relaxing stay. I would highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers visiting Utrecht and would gladly stay here again."

"A very nice hotel, right next to the train station and the historic center of Utrecht. The hotel has a lovely courtyard where you can park your bicycles, but also offers parking inside the hotel itself. The room was newly renovated, but without a bathtub, which is somewhat unusual for a hotel of this class. There was a minor mishap with the laundry, which was washed too late and some items went missing, but the hotel was very accommodating, found the missing clothes, and sent them on. We had a very good meal in the café (outdoors in the courtyard). Breakfast was also delicious."
