"A very nice hotel, right next to the train station and the historic center of Utrecht. The hotel has a lovely courtyard where you can park your bicycles, but also offers parking inside the hotel itself. The room was newly renovated, but without a bathtub, which is somewhat unusual for a hotel of this class. There was a minor mishap with the laundry, which was washed too late and some items went missing, but the hotel was very accommodating, found the missing clothes, and sent them on. We had a very good meal in the café (outdoors in the courtyard). Breakfast was also delicious."

After an incredible night out, coming back to such a clean, comfortable, and welcoming hotel was absolute bliss. The bed deserves a mention — it was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on! Especially after hours of dancing, it felt like laying in heaven. The room was spotless, the staff were friendly and professional, and the whole place had a really calm, relaxing vibe. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to recharge after such a great event. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Utrecht — especially if you’re here for a night out and want somewhere peaceful and pristine to crash afterwards!"

"What a terrible hotel this is. Rooms are NEVER cleaned. Wires are just lying loose. You have 2 showers, one of which is full of stuff, leaving 3 shower stalls upstairs for the entire hostel. They are open too, so there is no privacy left. Mold is just hanging on the wall. There are literally chunks of paint lying on the floor. The only positive thing about this is that the food is all-inclusive, so in fact you never have to worry about food. But that doesn't outweigh all the misery. Eveline should never be allowed to run a hostel. PEOPLE, DO NOT BOOK HERE!!"

We also book it privately ourselves when we need to be in Utrecht for an event. The quality is excellent, and you can easily reach Utrecht city center by bus from the public transport stop, which is just a few hundred meters walk away. You can leave your car in the hotel's parking lot."

Tepat sebelum kami tidur, kami menemukan muntahan tamu sebelumnya di antara tempat tidur dan meja samping tempat tidur. Kami diberi kamar lain, tapi di belakang dan sangat hangat. Di akhir masa menginap kami, ada masalah dengan tiket parkir dari garasi parkir tempat hotel bekerja. Itu bukan kesalahan hotelnya, tapi kesalahan bengkelnya. Hal ini membuat sesi parkir menjadi lebih mahal dan pihak hotel berjanji akan mengembalikan selisihnya. Sampai saat ini kami belum menerima jumlah tersebut."

"The hotel is nice in terms of the kitchen and its amenities, but a hotel with a kitchen definitely needs to be cleaned, or at least have a vacuum cleaner in the room. It didn't make sense to us that only those staying longer than 7 days can benefit from the cleaning service free of charge (Yes, you can request towel and linen changes and room cleaning, but there are significant fees). There was also insufficient shampoo and shower gel in the shower. In addition, bike rental should be free for hotel guests, or at least affordable, or those with a vehicle should be able to park for free. They charge very high fees for each of these, which is unreasonable. Additionally, there was broken glass under the single bed in the room, which made us realize that the cleaning wasn't adequate anyway."

"Beautiful newly renovated boutique hotel in a pretty residential neighbourhood. Very quiet area about 15 minutes walk from the cathedral, 10 minutes from railway museum. The staff are really friendly and welcoming. There is excellent tea and coffee available in the bar area and also in the bedroom which had a coffee pod machine as well as a kettle. The rooms are spotless and very comfortable, the shower was large and the water was hot. The only negative comment is that the bathroom itself could do with a radiator as it was cold, we got round this by leaving the door to the ensuite open when it wasn't in use. This was a very minor thing that did not detract from our stay. If I am back in Utrecht I would definitely stay here again."
