"I stayed here while visiting Utrecht for a rave, and honestly, it was the perfect choice. After an incredible night out, coming back to such a clean, comfortable, and welcoming hotel was absolute bliss. The bed deserves a mention — it was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on! Especially after hours of dancing, it felt like laying in heaven. The room was spotless, the staff were friendly and professional, and the whole place had a really calm, relaxing vibe. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to recharge after such a great event. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Utrecht — especially if you’re here for a night out and want somewhere peaceful and pristine to crash afterwards!"

"Accommodation in Utrecht is really expensive, and this was the cheapest place I could find that was also relatively close to the train station. I didn't have high expectations initially, but when I arrived, I saw two very fancy outfits displayed at the entrance, and I realized this place was more than it seemed. It operates as a hostel, a bar, and a restaurant, and there's even a study area on the ground floor. A quick search revealed that this place is a converted church, and it's hard to imagine having the experience of staying a night in a church. Since I needed to work, I went to the study area in the evening and stayed until midnight. The restaurant had already closed, and everything was very quiet, creating a truly unique atmosphere. Then, when I woke up the next morning and looked downstairs, the ground floor was already full of people working – so diligent! P.S. Both check-in and check-out are self-service, making it an introvert-friendly hostel. If I ever get the chance to visit Utrecht again, I would definitely consider staying here."

"I would give zero stars if that were possible. For this price, one expects a different level of service: 1. The air conditioning in the 4-meter-high rooms can no longer be turned off. The control unit is completely dead, and the reception is well aware of the problem. The rooms are sometimes as cold as 16-17 degrees Celsius. As I said, the air conditioning runs continuously, even at night. We borrowed some screwdrivers from reception to replace a suspected dead battery. After unscrewing the display, it was clear that several other guests had tried to break it off to fix the problem. If you complain, reception provides you with two space heaters. The problem here is: the noise level in the rooms when the air conditioning is running is comparable to that of a small plane taking off. Were you planning a romantic night...? Not at 90 decibels. After two nights, we drove home with stiff necks. 2. The hotel hallways have a very unpleasant, indefinable smell. Awful. 3. Breakfast: The breakfast buffet offers a variety of five dinner plates and two small platters with cut-outs. At €22 per person, it's an absolute rip-off. 4. The hotel has no accessibility features whatsoever. Our 90-year-old mother had to climb over 50 steps to reach her room. Accessibility was explicitly requested when making the reservation. 5. €2300 for three rooms with breakfast is an absolute exorbitant price for this hotel. 6. Parking in front of the hotel costs €58.33 per day. 7. Utrecht is worth a visit, but not under these conditions. 8. Our advice: Stay home or book elsewhere. Sincerely, R.K."
