"It was a wonderful experience. The reception staff was very friendly and accommodating. Even though we had a prior booking of a particular room they upgraded us to a villa at the same price as we wanted a better view. The food was great. The ambience and decor of the hotel is amazing. And its proximity to the beach makes it worth the while. The swimming pool is well maintained. The hospitality of the entire staff is commendable. Even though we had a language issue, they helped us in the best possible way and sorted out our transportation issues as well. 10/10. "

"Cottage I initially booked had very stale air with dust and dead bugs. Staffs very able give me a room instead after I raised concerns with proof. The money paid for cottage was gone. So please be mindful while you book. The location of the property by the river was excellent."

"Peaceful location, away from the noise and traffic of the city, yet close to the centre. Walkable distance from SM street, took me (a slow walker) 12 mins to SM Street and the beach is about a 5 min drive (in the mornings). Rooms are quite spacious and very clean with all imaginable amenities provided. Staff is super friendly and helpful. No in-house restaurant, a nearby restaurant delivers anytime, but in a city like Kozhikode, you should just go out and explore!! A decent buffet breakfast is served though, thoroughly enjoyed. If you're looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay at an affordable price with no bells and whistles, look no further. Highly recommended...!!!"

"It's a decent budget Hotel near to the Calicut Beach. All the famous restaurants of Calicut within 1km radius. Even though this place doesn't have own Restaurant, there is lot of options within few steps away. Overall nice stay. Recommended for short transit stay. "
