Pods are great, their technology is limited they couldn’t add my second booking to previous one, I had to checkout and check in again! Their check in terminal has security issues I could find my name by just typing my 3 characters and autocomplete system showing my full family name! Other than that good concept having hotel quality shampoo and restaurant

The location is close to Utrecht Central station where are lot of bars and restaurants, as well as a big shopping mall nearby. Staff are friendly and helpful, but the locker may not fit a big luggage and you may need to rent one. The bed is comfortable and clean. Note: even you paid hotel fee on trip.com, you still need to pay tax for the hotel

Vriendelijk ontvangst, mooi restaurant en ligt zeer centraal. Makkelijk te voet te bereiken vanuit Utrecht Centraal.

Very nice service, take to ka soup and a main dish, enjoy the ambience in a church building housing a restaurant and hotel near railway station Utrecht Central. We enjoyed this before heading to the Tivoli theather. Best to make a reservation.

Very interesting and unusual hotel. Excellent location, good breakfast, quiet place, comfortable bed and a nice cat Ginger, you can see him on the picture. We stay only two nights, but have a very nice time in Bunk hotel.

My stay at the Bunk Hotel exceeded all expectations. 1. Location - it was much better than I thought it would be - everywhere was close, there were many restaurants or bars around, as well as a shopping center, and the music complex where I spent most of my time was only one block away. 2 Facility - I spent two nights sleeping in the Bunk Pod and the capsule was of a much better standard than the capsules I had seen so far - first of all, it was higher and had a double mattress. In addition, the room itself, where the capsules were located, was well soundproofed. I slept great there. 3. Food - delicious and filling, the restaurant had both gluten-free and vegan options, and a detailed allergen chart is available. Kudos. 4. Service - by far the greatest value of the entire facility. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and did everything they could to make your stay enjoyable. Let me give an example that surprised me: On the first evening I misunderstood the locker system and instead of using the free locker under the sleeping pod, I rented a paid locker in the corridor for 24 hours. I realized this within a couple of minutes, and immediately vacated the paid locker. I didn't have high hopes of getting the fee back, but I asked the staff about it, hoping for at least a partial refund. I was told at the reception desk that this would probably not be possible, but as compensation for this - even though it was my mistake - they could offer me a free coffee. A very nice gesture, which I accepted and carried on with my day. Imagine my surprise when the next day I received a refund of the full amount paid for the locker rental. I simply have no words, outstanding customer service. Most hotels would not care. 5. Self-service - an additional plus was that the entire check-in and check-out process is self-service. You can check in at any time, even in the middle of the night, and everything is done with access cards, even lockers. The only thing that comes to mind is that access to the capsules located higher up could be more comfortable - especially the ladders leading to them. That's the only downside - other than that, everything was excellent.

This place is lovely but they need to work on noise cancellation for the pods and the lounge area. It would also help if the guests feel they have some calm space to relax and enjoy some free.time. The noise from the restaurant is way too high and overpowers all surrounding spaces. Overall friendly staff!

Got sick in the night and woke up feeling awful. Sent the reception an email asking if it was possible to extend my stay so that I could stay in bed sick. That was possible because there was still room for extension. Unfortunately, even as a regular customer (almost weekly), I had to pay at the reception first... sick, unkempt, half dressed, I had to walk through the restaurant to pay. Terrible experience. While they already request all your details at check-in (driver's license number, etc.) and as a regular customer you have also already shared your address and bank details with them. Unfortunately, it is not possible to ask whether you can pay if you feel better and have taken care of yourself. Last time for me in Bunk hotel Utrecht.

A really unique Pod Hotel. The Epic Room was good. The Style in this old church and modern Design fits my Taste.
