Very welcoming and helpful staff. At the reception, with special mention of Lucy and 小许. They were responsive and answer to my queries. They would also clarify if the cleaners could come in at convenient time.

New hotel, as expected you have nothing to worry about the cleanliness of the hotel and service rendered by the staffs. But Ray, the night shift manager according to the front counter has been doing more than excellent level. The night before checking in, I called to ask for transfer service from train station to hotel but unfortunately service is unavailable to/from train station. Ray offered his personal service to meet us at the train station and grab an e hailing cab for us, and all these were done out of his shift hour. I'm truly appreciating his initiative and efforts in making sure our journey was smooth and comfortable. I think it's Ascott group's fortune to have such a dedicated staff working for the property.

Amazing International standards serviced apartment. Right from checkin to checkout you won't be disappointed with the hospitality and services. It's a brand new apartment, all the appliances are international branded like Siemens, Toto, Electrolux, Huawei... They have Nescafe coffee machine with good Nescafe coffee capsules. They have indoor Air quality monitoring. Breakfast was great, as a vegetarian there was plenty options and every day there was different variety. The coffee is worth to try. The swimming pool and gym has a good view. I enjoyed every bit of it. Respectful and supportive staff. Location wise, it's a walkable distance to beach and closer to local amenities. Perfect for a family trip.Tip: Ask for Building 1 as you will get nice ocean and mountain view.

Best choice for me and my family. The location is nice, not far from the airport and not far from the city center but nearby a beautiful beach far few minutes by Didi. The staff is super friendly, service is very good. The room are big and the furniture is new.You have all you need and you really feel relaxed. There is also a playground for the kids always very clean and with many toys. Breakfast also very good, they have a lot of choices both for Chinese and Western food. The view is also nice and not far there are many small restaurants where enjoy dinner. We came back twice in a year and both times we really spend a good vacation. Strongly recommended!

Ascott is always a good choice. This service apartment type is incredible! Great views facing the sea, 5 minute walk to Dadonghai bay. Quiet, clean, modern. Kitchen: Spacious open kitchen equiped with everything you need for cooking. Toaster, capsule machine, utensiles, big fridge with freezer. Washing machine with drying for laundry also! Living Room: Sofa, big TV, nice bluetooth speaker. Big balcony facing the sea. Bedroom: Super comfy bed, windows everywhere. Quiet and clean. Big closet. Iron included. Bathroom: Bathtub, Shower, full amenities with good quality lotions, gels, conditioners and hair dryer. Services: Big swimming pool with towel and umbrella service. Gym, Yoga room, parking, breakfast, burger restaurant. Staff is super polite and friendly, they speak english. Overal rating: 10/10 Would definately book again.

Great accommodation, very clean, very friendly and helpful staff. Provided a good quality crib for our 6 month old baby. Restaurant was ready to accommodate our vegan diet for lunch although limited vegan options for breakfast. Beautiful view and great swimming pool.

多年未去三亞，三亞的度假酒店倍出，為了假期的品質，在攜程網上訂下這間，因為三亞的酒店多為不可取消，糾結得厲害。有點下賭注的感覺。沒想到，來到即是驚喜。連歎運氣好！ 酒店位於大東海附近，鬧中取靜。雖然是二線景觀，但不影響觀景，陽台可以直接拍攝到日出海景大片。酒店設施新穎齊全，房型設計佳面積大，乾淨整潔舒適衞生，地下車庫配置合理，三幢酒店公寓區域出入管理嚴謹又貼心，大堂區域通道大門全智能化。小區內有幾個小網紅點挺好看，喜歡拍照的可以盡興。早餐時間7-11點，人性化。睡到自然醒，在寬大的陽台上，聞着海風，面朝大海，練練瑜伽，運動後在酒店裡吃個豐富的自助早餐，然後步行6分鐘到大東海溜達，看人玩海或自己踏浪，很是愜意！累了，海邊一長排各式攴廳、酒巴、咖啡店旁的椰樹下坐坐，就着飲料，透着椰樹賞陽光，慢生活的味道就出來了。吃了晚餐回來，在酒店的私家泳池曬着月光游上一會，美好溢滿心田。連住四天，沒有虛度過“五一”小假期。酒店離鹿回頭景區2.1公里，觀日落和海花島夜景最美。距半山半島帆船基地2公里，租遊艇出海，也是不錯的體驗。如此完美的假期，需要多謝管家小許的幫助！也謝謝攜程網！希望我的評價能給想來三亞度假的人有所幫助。

很少寫評價，平時住過的酒店是也不少。 因為帶着兩個小孩子加兩個長者出來休閑放鬆一下. 所以酒店的選擇有的頭疼，從最開始半山半島洲際，換到亞龍灣米高梅.再到山海天雅詩閣. 不得不説雅詩閣確實是個驚喜. 硬件設施很好，位置方便. 去海邊就3～5 分鐘.！不管從酒店服務還是酒店配備的餐飲都值得點贊. 早餐比某高梅好多了. 安靜的就餐環境，品種少，但是品質好. 餐廳的東南亞風味美食之都品嚐. 特別公寓服務管家 小樑 ，小姑娘特別敬業專業. 入住當天小朋友不想在上一家酒店久留. 小樑給提前準備好了房間讓長者和孩子可以睡午覺. 結果是家人改了原酒店計劃，直接續住了雅詩閣. 總結，三亞6月淡季來很好. 下次來三亞會拖家帶口在雅詩閣找個好的套房長住. （ 小朋友玩累了，臟了，直接泡澡，衣服丟洗衣機洗好烘乾.）

設施：基本上需求的都全。 衞生：很整潔乾淨的房間。 環境：地理位置方便，風景很好，窗户直接可以看到海。 服務：酒店的管家小樑很貼心全程跟蹤，入住前後都有很好的服務。 整體：還會再光顧的。性價比優選！

大東海無敵海景盡收眼底。酒店設施新，衞生好，智能電視隨心投屏，Sony音響聽覺盛宴。服務熱情周到，入住期間管家小樑每天貼心服務，個人原因出現的各種問題都不厭其煩的解決，倍感暖心。商旅和出遊都是極好的選擇，下個月出差還去入住~
