The hotel design is very traditional and beautiful. Room is very clean and very comfortable with design ! Breakfast was superb in terms of Europe standard. Staffs are super friendly and helpful during the stay and we hope we will stay at this hotel soon.

From the moment I arrived, they were friendly, professional, and attentive. They were always ready to assist with any queries or requests I had, and their local knowledge and recommendations were invaluable in helping me navigate the city and discover hidden gems. My room at the hotel was spacious and well-appointed. The bed was comfortable, and the room amenities, including a flat-screen TV and minibar, met my expectations. The cleanliness and tidiness of the room were maintained throughout my stay, thanks to the diligent housekeeping staff. While the hotel does not have an on-site restaurant, it does offer a delicious breakfast buffet each morning. The breakfast spread was varied and catered to different tastes and dietary preferences. I particularly enjoyed the freshly baked pastries and the selection of local cheeses and cured meats. One minor drawback was the absence of a fitness center or spa facilities within the hotel. However, the staff was helpful in providing information about nearby fitness centers and wellness options, ensuring that guests have access to these amenities if desired. In summary, my stay at the Anglo American Hotel Florence was a delightful experience. The prime location, attentive staff, and comfortable accommodations contributed to a memorable visit to this beautiful city. While the absence of certain amenities was a minor drawback, it did not significantly impact my overall satisfaction with the hotel. I would recommend the Anglo American Hotel to travelers seeking a centrally located, well-appointed hotel with a charming ambiance in Florence.

新開的酒店不在老城裡麪比較安靜，但是離景點也有一點距離，走路要十幾分鍾… 但是附近非常多吃飯的餐廳，選擇很多。酒店服務態度不錯但就是…慢。房間很寬敞，尤其是浴室，床品和浴品都非常舒服，最重要是新！一切東西都很新所以住着很舒服。雖然是改造了200年歷史的宅子，但是非常光亮且窗户都用了兩層雙層隔音玻璃，安靜得… 與世隔絕。早飯選擇還算豐富，但是單獨購買需要35歐性價比有點差。

피렌체에서 정말 만족한 호텔입니다! 방도 깨끗하고 침구에선 향이 솔솔 나고요. 침대도 정말 편안해 꿀잠잤습니다. 조식의 과일도 맛있었어요. 다만 욕실이 좀 좁긴 한데, 유럽은 대부분 그렇긴 하죠. 피렌체는 작은 도시라 저희는 호텔에서 도심까지 걸어다녔어요. 기차역에서도 도보 가능합니다!

這個酒店有個重大的硬傷就是幾乎所有的房間的窗口外不是別人的屋頂就是一堵牆，不開燈的話房間就是黑洞洞的。 房間非常小，服務也是典型的美式冷冰冰。 所謂的安靜就是周邊也沒啥配套都沒有，而且非常難打到車（因為佛羅倫薩幾乎叫不到uber衹能招手的）。

裝修很好好看，空間很大，真的很喜歡這家酒店服務也很好，就是衞生條件一般般，浴巾不太乾淨 附近有工地在施工，但是感覺安全還行吧

挺好的，酒店位置很安全，就是附近吃飯稍微有點不太方便，瑕不掩瑜，攜程管家服務非常好，溝通順暢，好評！！

離我們要去的地方 稍微有點遠 主要是那個市區的路比較難走 的士難打 但是酒店還是很好的 很貼心的服務 電梯比較小 一人一件行李就沒什麼空間了 還是讓服務員拿比較好 送到房間裏

Хороший отель для отдыха с семьей. Тихо. Новый красивый ресторан. Персонал очень приветливый и готов все придти на помощь. Путешествуем с собачкой и в номере было подготовлено лежанка и мисочки. Очень здорово. Рекомендую!

Situato nella zona centrale di Firenze Le camere erano maniacalmente pulite e profumate il bagno idem lo staff eccellente la colazione nella norma ( ma con la differenza di prodotti di qualità) Perfetto!!!!!!!

酒店離車站十分鐘路程，酒店和房間裝修都好新，對比其他意大利的酒店好太多了，早餐也不錯，員工服務態度好好。

設施：新、房間大，用品齊全，紙製品、床品質量高於同價位同星級酒店 衞生：無可挑剔 環境：安靜、離河近。離市中心步行有點遠 服務：正常水平
