I want to stay for four nights in Chengdu. I called the B&B in advance to inquire about the room type that is not facing the street and faces the sun. I was told to book a sunny double bed room. I booked four nights with Ctrip and checked in. The only room with a dark side facing the road is very noisy. Room. I asked to change the direction, but the boss said that there were no room extensions available on the sunny side, and they could be arranged the next day. The next day I left early and came back late, and my boss kept silent, so nothing happened. Although the apartment type I stayed in was not right, the facilities were OK. Except for the lack of sunlight and the loud noise on the road, everything else was OK. In the off-peak travel season, the price is around 100 yuan, which is also a suitable choice.

It takes 12 minutes to walk to the hotel from Chengdu East Railway Station, but I got lost. The boss personally drove to pick me up. His service attitude was warm and sincere. The hotel room is clean, the bed, quilt, pillows and towels are white, basic supplies are available, the toilet is heated, and the electrical appliances are new and clean. There is food downstairs in the hotel, it is cheap and tastes good. On the high-speed train, I remembered that I had left behind a commemorative item while having breakfast in a restaurant. I called my boss to look for it. The boss immediately went to find it and couriered it to me after finding it. I was so touched.

房間是隔出來的，房高不足兩米，面積不足十平米，樓道燈是滅的，電視根本沒法用，隔音太差，主要是衞生條件出奇的差，最真實的評價

在網上定的，剛開始找不到，我性子又急，老闆很耐心熱情，告訴我怎麼走，進到房間感覺很乾凈清爽，跟網上圖片一樣，下次過來還要定這個房間！走時拍個照片！

在網上看了很多，感覺都快挑花眼了。這家的評論裏面説好的、不好的都有，最後報着試試看的心態選擇了蜀楓民宿。下面説一下我的個人感受:真的是物超所值，從東站東廣場出來，幾分鐘就到了。房間乾淨、舒服，非常安靜，老闆娘的服務態度真的是太熱情了，幫我們辦理好入住手續後又非常貼心的把成都的旅遊地圖、交通地圖等發給我們，並逐一講解。樓下吃飯、購物都非常方便。下次還來這家。

訂的時候照片上顯示的標間，結果到現場了 房間裏面沒有空調 還是閣樓那種小房間 晚上又熱 睡不好。所謂的標間就是下面圖片中的房間。 根本不是標間的房間 是放東西倉庫改出來的 。都是同樣的價錢 掛的同樣的房間 結果安排的就是這樣。

1. 民宿位置絕佳，出行極為便利。房間陳設簡約而不失格調，採光超棒，明亮又舒適。店主熱情好客， 2 這家民宿是性價比之王！房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，價格親民但品質毫不打折。

環境乾淨整潔，經濟實惠。老闆熱情接待周到。感受非常好，下次還會選擇。

因為坐機場大巴和演唱會散場方便訂的這家，供參考 1.老闆接到就帶我去套間裏面的單人間（房裡開門另有小床），3房共用1個衞生間，我説我特地訂的是私人衞生間房，老闆説別人續住了現在沒房間（老闆説4-20層都是他們的），問我那你想怎麼辦，要麼就將就一晚明晚換，我説我特地訂的要怎麼補償，老闆説給一個8元紅包，我説不要然後我就聯繫攜程客服介入協商，客服那邊和老闆溝通才説讓續住人搬出來到剛剛看的房，帶我換房的人説老闆不知道這些，都是她們打工弄的，我説可是老闆當時也沒有和你們溝通確認衹是就問我怎麼辦？和攜程民宿工作人員確認起爭執也不影響我住，工作人員幫我辦理入住後還打開相冊給我看沒存我個人訊息； 2.因為是套間隔出來的房間不隔音，晚上隔壁12點多到1點多大小聲説話，聯繫民宿工作人員有幫忙溝通； 3.房間廁所很多小飛蟲，我是戴口罩睡覺的。

設施：設施中規中矩，和其他酒店差不多。 環境：很安靜，睡得很好。 衞生：房間打掃得比較乾淨。 服務：負責接待的大哥和大姐很熱情，大哥還到高鐵站來接我們了。五一節，很少有老闆會提前聯繫，這一家真的做得很好。提前聯繫還來接我們。 入住情況：本來很排斥住高鐵站附近，怕衞生條件不好，結果沒想到住起來這麼舒服。而且還給我們節約了很多時間。本來第二天中午12點過要趕高鐵，因為時間很寬裕，第二天一早去了趟青龍湖濕地公園，呼吸新鮮空氣，再騎幾圈自行車，真是太舒服了！下次還住這個民俗。

離東站很近房間乾淨，沒有異味有廚房可以洗水果客廳自己入住智能鎖，是早上要去東站坐高鐵很好的選擇附近又有塔之山公園可以散心

離成都東很近，方便搭車.棉被、浴巾乾淨，有洗衣機,如能有烘乾機更好,附近吃的算很便宜，如有機會，仍會選此間，性價比高

民宿地理位置很棒，臨近成都東站，附近也有很多好吃的，價格也不會很貴。家庭套房的設施很棒，除了兩個房間以外，還有一個小客廳和廚房，還能洗衣服很方便！
