First time travelling to Harbin, the service here went above and beyond. Every time we returned to the room, our bed was made and our clothes were freshly laundered. The hotel couldn't possibly have a better location, right in the heart of Harbin's walking street. The staff were pleasant and attentive, always greeting us in the morning. The breakfast at the restaurant was nice, not very western, but it was nice nonetheless.

Very interesting idea of this hotel - the interiors reminds you about the time when in this building was living a Grand Duke. Location is very convenient, the hotel is suited right on the walking Zhongyang Street, close walk to the river bank of Sungari Very clean cozy rooms, friendly personnel If you are planning to visit Harbin this hotel can be definitely your choice

When we arrived, we didn't really get a great energy instead we were welcomed by a lady who greeted us like as though our arrival was a disappointment to her. We feedback to the manager and she changed her attitude. But the experience was sort of tampered with because of that. They also have costumes below that you can wear around the lobby or even in your own room. Note that many costumes are not in good condition (Torn, Zipper not working). Overall the experience was still not too bad given its a historic hotel, and the elevator was cool.

The hotel is very palace style over 100 years old. The location is very convenient just off central Street. Breakfast is good but after having it for 4 days, seems a bit boring. The 100 year old lift and riding inside it is maybe once in a lifetime

The location is good, but I don’t quite understand the price. It seems to be significantly overpriced for what you get. The room wasn’t very big and there wasn’t much else to do in the hotel.

The service was great. After we checked in we were given a short tour of the hotel, and the history of the site. We were upgraded into a larger room than we had booked and it was wonderful. The room was well appointed, comfortable, and really fit the style of the hotel. The location is perfect as you are just steps from Zhongyang Pedestrian Street and walking distance to Sophia Square. The staff were wonderful and very friendly. The connected restaurant was fine, but breakfast was strange with many small dishes of random foods that didn’t make much sense. Overall the rooms were fantastic and the service was great.

It was a great experience! The service was just amazing. We got our room upgraded, it was unexpected but really nice. Everything was perfect: the location, service, food (I had borsh for breakfast!) And the elevator (more than 100 years old, but still works!) I would definitely come back to this hotel!
