Buruk sekali, jam 11 malam suhu ruangan 28 derajat dan tidak ada AC. Awalnya dikatakan AC tidak dinyalakan dengan benar, kemudian dikatakan AC tuan rumah tidak dihidupkan. Solusi pendinginannya adalah dengan menggunakan kipas angin. Berisik dan tidak dapat dihuni. Banyak kali komunikasi tidak efektif. Ulasan buruk 500 malam, Marco Polo👎👎

Sisir sekali pakai yang dibuka sangat kotor. Yang baru dibuka sangat kotor. Anak itu alergi dan merasa itu biasa-biasa saja. Meja depan juga memberi tahu orang lain bahwa jika mereka mendapat ulasan bagus, mereka bisa memberikan cangkir atau semacamnya.

Staff were helpful to help us check in close to mid night due to flight delay. They even upgrade us to a bigger family suite. The room was very clean and the air con temperature was comfortable. Breakfast selection was good with Chinese and western food. We visited their viewing terrace at level 18 and got a fantastic view of the city and West Lake. Would stay there if we visit Hangzhou again.

It is about 10 min walk from mrt and is within walking distance to the west lake (about 20 min walk). Clean hotel that is well maintained. Near to the major shopping area and have lots of options for food.

The hotel was a bit hot although outside temperature was 6° The location was very near to xihu Overall it was ok

Very good amenities and service. Plus it's excellent location, it has made for a perfect stay. Love the bidet, the friendly housekeeper, the rooftop deck, the bed is so comfortable, and they provide luggage storage too - so that you can leave your bags to explore the city before you leave for the airport - and the general vibe of the hotel! They seem to really love Marco polo which is so cute 🥰 The air conditioning is adjustable too, so you can have your room warm-ish or cold. Thank you so much for such a great stay!

The service provided by Sheng Yuqi is super amazing she is very caring, and treat us very well. The hotel is very clean and the staff is very welcoming!

**Merchant Marco Hotel, Hangzhou** Our stay at Merchant Marco Hotel was enjoyable overall. The location is a major highlight—it’s very close to the train and metro stations, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. It’s also within walking distance to Hangzhou’s main attraction, **West Lake (西湖)**, which was perfect for sightseeing. The hotel layout felt a bit aged and the rooms were slightly smaller than we’d prefer, but the in-room facilities were modern and well-maintained thanks to recent renovations. The staff were friendly and helpful, adding a welcoming touch to our stay. The international breakfast included with our booking was a pleasant surprise, offering a wide variety of dishes with above-average taste. It was a great way to start our mornings. While the hotel could use some updates in terms of space and overall layout, the convenient location, updated amenities, and excellent service made for a comfortable stay. We’d consider staying here again for future trips to Hangzhou.

We had a pleasant stay! We were suprised by the hotel amenities and services. Specially the cleaning lady on 12th floor, that was such a kind and nice person, made us feel welcomed, even though we didn't speak the language. Also she was super fast and effective on her job! I'm sorry I didn't end up getting her name to tha nk her personally for all the care she gave us while we stayed there! Hope the managers can pass on to her this message!

Hotel room was clean, hotel staffs provided good service. The location is good as it is near to the shopping mall (yin tai - big shopping mall).

A marvelous experience and I was extremely impressed by the high-quality services this hotel could provide! Location must be 100 full credits, so close to the West Lake Plaza! Very satisfied with the top roof garden views.
