Terima kasih telah meningkatkan tipe kamar. Fasilitas di kamar agak ketinggalan jaman dibandingkan dengan hotel lain dengan kelas yang sama. Isi sarapannya tidak banyak. Staf layanan sarapan sangat antusias, tetapi staf meja depan merasa tidak terlalu ramah

Hotel ini terletak di dekat Financial Street, tempat yang tenang di tengah kebisingan. Transportasinya nyaman. Belanja nyaman, dan Pusat Perbelanjaan Financial Street dipisahkan oleh dinding. Layanan hangat dan bijaksana! Kamarnya terang dan nyaman. Sangat disarankan!

I was great everything was great only problem was safe in the room wasn’t secured and they didn’t fix it.

Great view, convenience location. Grace was very nice and helpful, hope to visit again.

The hotel was not so welcoming to me as a non chinese speaker. The receptiondesk and restaurant did not even greet me and only spoke to my chinese friend. The restaurant food was not so fresh and the sausage was undercooked. Granted, they replaced this with two new ones. It is not as good as other Ritz Hotels i have stayed at in the past. Tianjin is much better. I would like to see this hotel upgraded to be in line with other excellent Ritz hotels across China.

Hotel was lovely, good environment, all staffs were very professional especially Jimmy the manager who checked me in, he had been very helpful. Would definitely come back next time when I visit Beijing again.
