Initially room they provided was stinking but when we complaint they shifted us to another room which was satisfactory

The stay was excellent with pleasant ambience of hotel. The support staff of hotel was so cordial and helping in nature. Food quality at their rooftop cafe was awesome. Overall its a highly recommended for stay.

Hotel is ok. But they are not giving good towel. We took bath at night so in the morning we had not given nother towel. Intercom was not working and every-time we have to go to counter for anything. Staff was not cooperative. Toilet paper was not installed.

Location is good. But not worth for the money i paid rooms are okay service is horrible you have to ask for daily mandatory drinking water bottles which should be provided by default. Rest all average not so bad

The rooms are good. Bathrooms are not much maintained, but ok. There is frequent power outage, though there is generator. The ac got switched off multiple times. Had to inform reception to switch it on.

Location is good. Restaurant at top and cafe at gf are also good. Serves tasty food at reasonable rates. Staff is always approachable and ready to help. Overall we enjoyed the stay.
