Quiet and tidy, the room is small though. Close to Ikebukuro station and grocery stores. Recommended for solo traveler

The location is quite good which is close to JR station! Very close to the ramen restaurant!

Just a small bedroom with toilet.but frankly is really close to JR station. Suitable for short trip travellers.

so convenient for district.Nearby MTR and convenience store. If for one person is good.Two or above is so narrow.

The location is quite OK, and also near the metro at least (usually you have to take 2 for other places or take 1 train + walk a bit to reach places you want to go), Shinjuku by walking around 25 minutes walking. Clean room, very organised

This is my first time staying at this brand hotel. The location is excellent and transportation is within walking distance! Because there are only five rooms on one floor, I didn't hear any noisy sounds coming in and out at night. The mattress was very comfortable and I slept well for several nights! The room is not big, but it is more spacious than another brand hotel in Tokyo, with enough space to open two medium suitcases! The only downside is that you can't store your luggage.

I went there with my boyfriend for a trip, and the location was great, and there were two convenience stores nearby, and Ichiran Ramen was really close by, so it was great!! They also rented umbrellas when it rained, which was nice. ㅎㅎ
