I have stayed several times here and this time I have booked the executive suite which is a penthouse located on the last floor. The suite has both a large indoor area as well as a generous outdoor terrace offering amazing views of the city. The interior design is absolutely perfect and I was delighted to discover the nice combination of colors all over the place. Inside the apar**ent I found plenty of space including a dining area, living room and relaxing zone with large sofas, comfortable bedroom and an outstanding bathroom equipped with both shower and bathtub. Spending the night in this lovely suite was a nice experience and I can definitely say it was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. To start the day full of energy, I had the breakfast in the restaurant and I enjoyed it a lot because there was large selection of fresh and delicious products. In terms of meals, I had also lunch and dinner in the restaurant and all dishes were fabulous in terms of taste, design, quality and presentation, making every visit in the restaurant a genuine fine dining experience. As always the staff was very friendly and highly professional, therefore I am expressing my heartfelt thanks to Florin and his exceptional team: Lorena, Dani, Pavel and Andrei from front desk; Fabius, Adelin and Marius from the restaurant; Mirela and Roxana from breakfast.

I have booked the penthouse located on the last floor and the experience was outstanding. The suite is extremely spacious with an absolutely fabulous interior design. I highly appreciated the large area to relax or work during the day with large sofas and elegant tables. I enjoyed a comfortable sleep due to the large bed that was perfectly designed to have a great night. The bathroom was also astonishing, extremely spacious, well designed, equipped with both shower and tube which created a relaxing a**osphere. The amenities were perfect and I found everything I needed (plenty of high quality Rituals cosmetics, amenity kits for everything and the Harmon Kardon sound system). The large outdoor terrace completed the breathtaking experience, thanks to the amazing view of the city. The breakfast was delicious, rich and all dishes were well designed in order to have each day a different breakfast selection. The restaurant is clearly an international one providing a fine dining a**osphere. Of course, everything is done by the highly professional staff and I would like to express my appreciation and gratitude to Florin and his amazing team: Dani and Pavel from front desk (for always being there to support me with everything needed for a great stay); Fabius, John and Nicu from the restaurant (for their friendly attitude, pleasant discussions, good vibe and great recommendations for a fine dining experience); Mirela and Roxana from breakfast (for creating the perfect a**osphere to start the day with a great breakfast).

I have chosen Mercure Timisoara and it was the best decision because this place really gave me the perfect accommodation experience. The hotel is perfectly located in a quiet area close to the city center and from the 4th floor (where my room was located) it offers a great view. The room was astonishing: spacious, modern design, all amenities needed and a large comfortable bed for an excellent sleep. On top of that, the technology inside the room was amazing because everything is digitally controlled using a tablet. I enjoyed the delicious breakfast that offered a lot of choices and all of them were great. There is an outstanding restaurant inside the hotel where I had both lunch and dinner and I can easily say I had a real international dining experience because the menu includes dishes from all over the world. Special thanks from my side to Mr. Florin Cojocaru (the hotel’s general manager) for his great hospitality, friendly attitude and willingness to help me with anything needed in order to have the perfect stay at the hotel. I highly appreciated that the management is really focused on creating the highest standards, so the guests can have the best experience during their stay at this hotel. Thanks to Mr. Cojocaru and his amazing team I had a wonderful accommodation experience.

Διακοπές | Ζευγάρι It's a pity that this modern design hotel with a wonderful restaurant is managed(and probably owned) by people that don't care about rules and hospitality!!! On New Year's Eve invaded literally in our room to take a chair for their party, regardless the "no disturb" signal on the door. We found clothes moved and piled elsewhere and we're still not sure if we're missing something or not. The manager of the hotel took responsibility when he never thought to inform us (by telephone for example) about what he was about to do!!! We checked also some safety issues that we present in photos but the most important is that the whole situation ruined our vacation as we never felt safe again in this hotel!! Not to mention that this party let us awake the whole night. So I advise everybody to stay elsewhere in Timișoara(there is Ibis hotel closer to the city center) but go on Mercure restaurant Winestone for dinner.

Mercure Timisoara is clearly a breathtaking place with a spectacular elegant modern design. Everything is chosen with an impressive attention to details. The room was incredibly high tech and anything inside is digitally controlled using a tablet, touch screens or sensors that are softly lighting the room creating a cozy a**osphere. Furthermore, I find the room extremely comfortable and I was able to sleep perfectly and to wake up feeling fully refreshed. Breakfast was delicious with a huge variety of cold and warm dishes. Having lunch and dinner was a superb fine dining experience. What makes this hotel great is the special a**osphere created by the friendly staff always making you feel like home.

amazing place, amazing people, restaurant, wines, all... all amazing... I've spent half of my last 25 years in different hotels all across Europe, but this place is state of art in terms hospitality, services, facilities and above all, PEOPLE ! Thank you for the same experience every time!

This hotel has a great location, in a quite neighborhood but very close to the center. The staff is amiable and helpful. Rooms are ultra-modern, and mostly everything is controlled on the iPad. The restaurant offers excellent meals and drinks. Clean, modern, efficient, and friendly.

Mercure Timisoara is a place where elegance and modern meets together. Everything has a fabulous design chosen with an impressive attention to details. The rooms are incredibly high tech, everything is digitally controlled using a tablet, touch screens or sensors that are softly lighting the room creating a cozy a**osphere. I find the rooms very nice, clean and comfortable. I highly appreciated the electric motorized curtains that were amazing and also contributed to a pleasant stay. It is an excellent accommodation with highly professional and friendly staff ready to help you anytime. The hotel gives you a pleasant feeling when spending time in any place of it (rooms, lobby, restaurant and terrace). Another important aspect is the location: the hotel is ideally located in a quite area near the city center.
