The Townhouse

I can’t praise this hotel enough. We chose the ground floor room at The Townhouse Tenby It was a pleasure to stay here. There is a fridge in the room complete with water, milk and chocolate biscuits. Nice toiletries Huw Evans our host gave us an amazing welcome There is a really good breakfast menu. Nice sitting room and garden furniture to be able to sit outdoors. Parking is a nightmare on the street Car park at the back of the hotel costs £10 to park for 24 hours We will return to The Townhouse

Had a pleasant stay here. Great location, though you have to park in nearby car park at £10 for 24 hours, unless you get very lucky outside. Alternatively it’s £6 for 24 hours at South Beach car park but a fairly steep climb up to street level. Room very comfortable on the whole. The breakfast though ……. a delicious feast that will set you up for the day. Very enjoyable.

Had 6 night stay at The Townhouse. Room was very comfortable and clean . Lovely decor throughout this ideally situated B n B. Huw is a helpful and friendly host, and nothing was too much trouble. His breakfasts are amazing, lots of choice, generous portions with a daily special. You are only afew minutes walk away from centre of town and on South beach's doorstep. Fabulous place with definately be back.

Excellent holiday B&B in the heart of Pembrokeshire - Tenby. Huw was a very accommodating host, the rooms were spacious, clean and modern. The freshly cooked breakfast with a daily special is definitely worth getting up for. We were a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teenage boys) and so we booked the family room which consisted of a double bed and then in a room off our bedroom was a separate bedroom with two single beds. Perfect if you (or your kids) want a bit of privacy. I will definitely be recommending this place to friends and family. Well done Huw!

Very nice stay, amazing food, breakfast tastes like home ❤️ - Huw is a great host. Sparkling clean place. Also very quiet, which is great if you have baby/toddler. Excellent location, just few steps from the beach. My family really enjoyed the stay.

Lovely guest house. Modern room with waterfall shower and fluffy towels. Fridge in room with coffee machine and all amenities. Owner was friendly and attentive to our needs. Breakfast was stunning with fresh fruit and cereals as we all as a cooked breakfast including full vegetarian option. Daily special also on the menu. Location was great right on south beach.

On arrival we were met by Huw the owner, who carried our case up to our room (nice touch) The room was stylish and tasteful, very classy, king size bed with welsh tapestry blanket and cushions. The bedding was top quality, soft cloudlike pillows. Fridge with bottled water, fresh milk in a bottle, chocolate biscuits. A 'brita' filter kettle, and a coffee pod machine. Breakfast was the best we have ever experienced. The cold buffet had home made granola in individual kilner jars, all types of cereal, and fruit platters to die for, strawberries apple banana pineapple and blueberries, another with melon. we had the welsh breakfast, superbly cooked and presented, set us up for the whole day. The breakfast menu has a different 'special' every day, I had eggs benedict on day 2, (Huw is obviously an accomplished chef). Huw and his team work very hard to keep up his standards, the whole place was spotless. Ignore bad reviews, not deserved. We have worked in hospitality for 30 years, owned hotels in UK and France. In our experience some guests will go out of their way to give negative reviews. We will definitely return for another stay.

We have stayed in Tenby several times, but this was the first stay at The Town House. Without doubt the best accommodation we have stayed in. Our room was superb, done to a high spec, with an exceptionally clean and spacious bathroom. The king-size bed was very comfortable giving a good night's sleep. Huw the proprietor cooks an amazing breakfast. Excellent produce with a good choice. Freshly made Greek yogurt with berries a treat. Huws attention to detail including all aspects of our stay was to be commended. We will look forward to staying at The Town House again.

Our children booking this break for us as a treat, the host, a very pleasant man greeted us and from the off nothing was too much trouble for him, the room was pleasant and had a great view ( especially when sitting on the bed ), the room was clean tidy and comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding and again nothing too much trouble, you didn't have to ask for anything it was offered and a great start to the day. My wife and I had a great stay , we highly recommend this establishment and will definitely return
