I booked the hotel directly through their Instagram page and, at first, was a bit concerned since I wasn’t sure what to expect from a local brand. However, there was nothing to worry about! The moment you step inside, you can feel the warm atmosphere. From the pleasant, memorable scent to the genuine, welcoming smiles of the reception staff, you instantly feel appreciated. We stayed for 2 nights, and the hotel had everything we needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities provided in the room exceeded those of many five-star hotels – we were pleasantly surprised! The location is very convenient, with metro and bus stations just a 3-4 minute walk away, and taxis can arrive within minutes if needed. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!

Terrible Experience at Hotel Clocks, Tbilisi – Avoid if You Value Your Stay I recently had an extremely disappointing stay at Hotel Clocks in Tbilisi, Georgia. Despite booking an Executive Suite, the room size was shockingly small, far from what you'd expect for the price and category. It felt more like a cramped standard room than anything resembling a suite. The issues didn’t end there. On multiple occasions, there was no water available at night. This was not only inconvenient but also unacceptable—especially when it meant not being able to flush the toilet or access water in the bathroom. The staff was another major letdown. They were extremely rude and unhelpful, making the entire experience even more frustrating. As a frequent traveler, I've stayed in many hotels around the world, but the level of unprofessionalism here was shocking. The breakfast was SAME EVERY SINGLE DAY, with the same limited options every single day. Furthermore, the vegetarian options were almost nonexistent, making it difficult for those with dietary preferences or restrictions. The only redeeming quality of this hotel is the view, which is indeed beautiful. But even that cannot make up for the numerous issues faced during my stay. I strongly advise other hotel options as well, especially if you are Asian, Indian, or a person of colour. I felt that there was a distinct lack of consideration and respect towards guests from different backgrounds.

Clocks Hotel is an exceptional accomodation at the heart of the city! It presents a lot of beauties with its kind service, cool aura, clean rooms, delicious breakfast and new construction to everyone who stays there. The staff are so polite and helpful. They do their best exactly in order to please each one of their guests. We would like to thank you again for your hospitality.

We booked the suite in Clocks hotel last minute after our originally booked hotel in Tbilisi turned out to be anything but a hotel so we had to book anything immediately and it was the best decision to book the Clocks hotel as it has really high service standards that meet the gulf standards with all means starting with front desk staff and their friendliness, professional attitude and constant support to the design and cleanliness of the suite. The only thing we wish they could change is the timing their restaurant closes as the hotel isn't located in the vibrant and busy part of Tbilisi, it is a little bit far from the main attractions and touristy places which could be a positive point if you are looking to spend quiet nights but can also be negative since there are no restaurants around the place to have a decent bite in the evening so the hotel must have considered this point and extended the working hours of the restaurant to at least 11pm and offer some drinks for the in-house guests just to make their stay a bit more entertaining. In overall that was a great stay and very comfortable.

Hotel is clean and tidy, hotel has jet spray in the bathroom, unlimited water, staff are nice, do not switch on the a/c coz it’s working based on season, summer you will have a/c & winter you will have heater, open the window you will enjoy it, don’t keep more expectation on breakfast

Amazing new boutique hotel. Located conveniently in the city with easy access to the center (15-minute taxi). Staff were friendly especially Nini from The reception team looked after us during our entire stay there. Highly recommended

I had anamazi g trip, very clean, very efficient staff, only drawback that they gave me accessible room as connected room during my initial stay which they rectified and transferred me to fourth floor. It was very nice, cozy with a reasonable breakfast to start the day ahead. I had wonderful time there

Nice location and beautiful hotel. Our first impression wasn't quite positive about stuff welcoming. From the first moment we entered hotel we didn't feel warm welcoming from lobby personnel. However, I would like to thank FO manager who truly tried to fix the negativenes we experienced upon our arrival. We travelled a long way to reach our destination and we were expecting a bit more friendly greetings. Food was nice and teasty, but you should be careful if you don't eat certain type of meat due to your religious habits. Not all the dishes has proper signs. I had to avoid any meat foods, since I wasn't sure what was it made of. Room was nice and clean, housekeeping doing excellent job. Nice bathroom amenities, comfortable bed and pillows. Overall it was nice 4 nights stay, cozy and comfy. We had a little accident upon departure which was our fault, and FO Manager had managed it professionally. We are very grateful to her for all efforts. Thanks
