Service very bad, even borrow spoon have to pay. Reception doesn't have any smile for customer or kist greeting customer to say hello

The hotel is located in the city center, not far from the city hall, with supermarkets nearby and places to eat, which is quite convenient. The hotel is a bit historic, but the hygiene is good and the rooms are quite large.

I don't really like the Elmi Hotel and its staff. Basically, I don't want to go there again.

Overall comfortable, the rooms are clean and well maintained even though the hotel is old, just a suggestion, if you can borrow cutlery you don't need to charge it, if it's just a deposit it's okay, if it's charged I don't think it's really necessary, just a suggestion. Thanks
