Nice hotel with a reasonable price

위치가 조금 멀어요. 대신 대형마트가 근처에 있어 좋아요. 하지만 리셉션이 24시간이 아니어서 드라이기를 요청할때 힘들었습니다. 그런데 청소하시는 여자 직원분은 정말 친절하셨습니다.

Las habitaciones estaban como en un anexo de la recepción. La habitación para una persona era espaciosa y limpia. A unos pasos de supermercados y parada de bus.

 โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ในทำเลที่ดี ใกล้สถานีรถไฟใต้ดิน เดินไปทีพักได้ไม่ไกล Lidl ตั้งอยู่ข้างโรงแรมเลย. 👍

Ich musste mich selbst ein Checken , es funktioniert auch nicht einfach telefonisch konnte ich keiner erreichen musste zwei stunden warten bis ich jemand erreiche 😒es war der schlechte Hotel für mich !

Fint sted til en meget fornuftig pris. Levede op til forventningerne. Værelserne var pæne og rene, og havde det nødvendige.

Our company has used MK Hotels for group bookings over several years, but significant issues at MK Hotel London last year raised serious concerns for prospective guests of MK Hotel Stuttgart. A £20,000 group booking error during a typically slow season required legal intervention for partial resolution, revealing major gaps in compensation, transparency, and customer service. Although hotel manager Jiri Rigan acknowledged the error, there was no adequate compensation, and the alternative arrangement offered did not meet agreed-upon standards. Future booking attempts were then met with increased rates and restrictive terms, such as a 100% price hike and non-refundable policies, further damaging trust. When we escalated these concerns to MK Hotels’ senior management, led by part-founder Arno Sonderfeld, responses were unsatisfactory, often focused on managing public feedback rather than addressing core issues. Multiple follow-ups yielded similar dismissive replies, which only deepened our concerns about the brand’s commitment to integrity and guest care. Given Stuttgart's relevance within the MK Hotels portfolio, we recommend potential group bookers carefully evaluate transparency, terms, and service standards before committing. Our experience suggests these issues may be indicative of broader, systemic management challenges within the MK Hotels brand.

The hotel was good value for the money we paid. We stayed in a Fitters' / Hostel room in the basement and it was clean and had loads of storage, two metal wardrobes with hanging space and drawers, a desk with a couple of small drawers and two small bedside cabinets. We were checked in quickly on arrival and were provided with physical key cards, but we mainly used a digital key on my phone. The bathrooms are not shared, every room has their own, and the bathrooms were great, other than needing extra places to hang towels. The hotel can be accessed easily using the U12 service from Stuttgart main station (Stuttgart Hbf) to Bottroper Strasse station, or by getting a train or tram to Bad Canstadtt) and the then 56 bus, which runs regularly, at around 10 minutes intervals during the day and late into the evening, it drops you at the Lidl next to the hotel. The worst we can say about MK Hotel Stuttgart is that the pillows were annoyingly thin, and the rooms warm in the evening, but we're were there when the temperature was very high, and that the Manager recommended a launderette further down the road that cost a small fortune for a few t-shirts and some underwear. You can walk down the stairs near the old cavalry barracks to get into Bad Canstadtt easily, or walk a slightly longer route down through an old foundry looking up into the vineyards and this can be accessed near the front of Lidl or the back left of the old barracks. Bad Canstadtt town is quaint and picturesque, with plenty of places to eat and drink, but Sophie's Brew house was the best. Have some cash, as not all places in Stuttgart take card payments.
