Ulasan Trump International Beach Resort Miami

First of all, this is not Trump brand hotel. Trump hotel is located in Miami downtown. I did not know it till now. We spent money in the gift store for nothing because we want to support Mr. Trump. They should rename the hotel name. Don't fool the tralvelers. The hotel needs a renovation. The roof and entry wall have stains. Looks kind of dirty for 4**** hotel. The room is spacious but not worth for 4**** hotel and again NOT Trump brand hotel.

海灘可以，沒有外來人員進入！整體客房設施一般般，幾乎都是made in china！包括洗漱用品！最好用自帶的洗漱用品！景色不錯！不值得住兩天！大堂的日本料理貴的離譜，因為料理水平太一般！兩個人一頓飯126美金，➕這個➕那個費用最後收了210.58美金，真是附加費用高死了！完全沒有特朗普的品味！

i don’t usually leave reviews but there was only 1 pool for the first 2 days of stay and the pool that was open was so crowded you wouldn’t possibly go in. The grounds were dirty the service was incredibly slow. the beach was dirty. There were birds everywhere because there was food left everywhere there were limited garbage pails the rooms were old dated and beat up there were barely any shampoos conditioner lotions… in all honesty a holiday inn would have been better. this stay was incredibly disappointing

We could not adjust the room temperature. Also, it’s EASTER WEEK! Why on earth did you choose this time to work on the upper pool? Absolute ridiculous!

There were issues even before we got there. We are not "those people" who conplain, but there were a number of issues, like hidden fees, lack of amenities, incorrect website info and after check out charges. The staff were nice to our face, but it was very much a facade. I attempted to have issues resolved on site. I attempted to contact the resort 5 times via their own website and also on our app. I also faxed my letter of comcern directly to the resort. I have not received ANY response from anyone. The resort if lacking in so many ways. I spent ALOT of money for a birthday trip and we were sorely disappointed.

The property is ok, it is outdated and not so clean as the pictures show. I wish it was more dated, cleaner and the furniture is updated. The area is outstanding to stay in but not the hotel or the hotel rooms whatsoever.

Overall great experience, but the property is dated and in need of some refreshment. Service was great.

Fantastic hotel and resort. The staff are friendly and helpful. I couldn't have picked a better place. No complaints.
