酒店服務人員態度很好有笑容有一個小哥還會中文👍，房間整潔而且衛浴設備好沒有異味，飯店泳池很大還是溫水游起來很舒服，另外早餐種樣多而且口味好，酒店位置在風景區旁邊很熱鬧很多餐廳及按摩店而且離各景區都不會很遠👍下次到寧平一定繼續入住該酒店😊

Das Emeralda Resort Tam Coc hat die allerbeste Lage für Bootstouren Tam Coc (um die Ecke) und von Trang an. Wunderschön gelegen und umgeben von Bergen und dem Fluss! Das Deluxe Zimmer ist wundervoll und der Pool großartig und sehr sauber!

리뷰보면 2023년에 설립된 리조트라서 직원들 교육이 완벽하지 않다라는 걸 많이 봤는데 시간이 지나서 그런지 만족했음 물론 조금 허술한것같지만 그정도는 ㄱㅊㄱㅊ 걍 실수라고 생각하면 될듯 위치도 너무 좋았음 밤에 리조트주변 호수? 걸으면 완벽함 탐콕시내 중간에 있어서 시내 양 끝에 편하게 갈 수 있음 조식도 맛있음 양이 엄청엄청 다양한거는 아닌데 나쁘지 않음 그리고 리조트가 생각보다 작은데 아기자기하게 예쁘게 꾸밈 굳 만족함

힐링하고 오기에 너무 좋았습니다 주변 경치가 너무 예쁘고 리조트 주변에 식당도 다양하고 룸서비스로 시켰던 메뉴도 나쁘지 않았습니다 친구나 가족이 여행으로 놀러 오게 된다면 다시 재방문 해보고 싶어요

호텔 위치도 좋고 룸 컨디션도 좋고 직원들 친절하고 다시 방문하고 싶습니다 하지만 조식이 5성급은 아닙니다 수영장 물도 깨끗하진 않고요 온수풀은 최고의 장점 이지만요 그럼에도 호텔이 아름답고 좋아서 재방문 예정 입니다, 쉬다오기 정말 좋아요 직원들의 친절 서비스에 감사드립니다

酒店一級棒，相當舒服

We stayed at the Emeralda Resort in Tam Coc for 3 nights last week. It was a pleasant experience. The hotel is beautiful, I loved the view of our bedroom. The staff is very welcoming, they would help with everything we needed. The Spa is worth checking, loved the massages. The restaurant serves a variety of meals and they are all good. The breakfast buffet is great, especially if you seat by the windows where it's a beautiful view of the mountains of on the other side you can sit below the koi aquarium. We booked two days of tours, and the guide Sau Dang made a perfect schedule for us. We had his attention during all the days, he took me to see the most incredible things. Explaining the history and juice details about the geography and culture of each place we passed and about the Complex of Ninh Binh itself. Thank you Emerald Resort, thank you Sau Dang. You all made our time there lovely! We would love to come back.

We checked in to the Emeralda after a busy day where we drove in from Hanoi, had a great lunch in Tam Coc then hopped in boats for a tour of the caves. After that it was the Lying Dragon hike. All of which, I recommend. But we were tired by the time we arrived at the Emeralda. And it was so nice. So close to the bustle of Tam Coc, but secluded at the same time. We were greeted warmly by the staff and then driven to our rooms. First we repaired to the bar for drinks and then had a quick swim in the pool. Dinner we ate in the hotel restaurant. Very good. Breakfast the next morning was fabulous. Gracious staff. Loved this place. Even provided sandals and robes if we needed them. Would loved to have stayed longer.
